Different from kuryakyn
This does the same thing as the kuryakyn brand, but it keeps the same wing span as the stock handlebars. Easy to install on the 08,just pull the cover straight up. All you got to do is unplug the speakers. Then unplug the dash wires, the hardest part of the whole operation. I took a long skinny screwdriver from the left side, to go under the tab then it will pop free. Then unbolt the handlebars, and loosen the cables. Just bolt it back together. For the plastic cover, use a quarter to mark it and cut it out. If you put the quarter in right place it will fit perfectly. After taking several trips plus a 400 mile day I wished I would of had bought it when I first bought the bike. My shoulders would hurt, my wife would rub them while I drove. Now they feel just as good as when I first get on it. More than well worth the money. |

sew it on
iron on will eventually come off. but no problem sew it on looks great. its a shame a person has to buy this product and sew it on a jacket because honda goldwing offers so little in its clothing line. honda sure could take lessons from harley. very rarely do ever see goldwing apparel other than rallies. im proud of my goldwing, HONDA should be to |

routing wire diffuclt
lookes and function 5 stars. first you need to drill hole wire goes through a little bigger so you will not damage wires. no problem with a christmas tree bit the best thing to drill plactic. running wires up to the mirror can be a dog. i used a wire clothes rack also took off mirror to get to it better. a extra long needle nose pliars would have made it alot easier. also you need to get the ku7300 plug and play adapter. which made wiring a breeze also you will need to put the three loose wires into the connector which is provided then after connecting them and plugging it up i taped it for extra security.i also installed ku7364 headlight outer trim w/signal. these two sets of lights give alot more light and flashing turn signal to the front. adding safty and great looks |

I liked the factory tips just fine, but the back of my pearl white bike looked dirty every time I rode it. After I put these tips on the bike stays alot cleaner. For that reason alone it was worth the money, besides it looks great. Could not tell any change in the sound. PS check out my photo gallery |

Like everyone else says they do a good job of protecting the driving lights. the KEY to installing these is in the drilling bit. Amust have in drilling plastic is a christmas tree bit. They are very sharp and, drill a small hole first then drills one size bigger at a time. The futher you push the bit in you get one size bigger at a time. Simply put the covers on the crowl, then tape it with masking tape. Mark your holes with a marker then remove it. Drill baby drill. You can get a better picture of what they look on my photo gallery. |

I give these ony three stars because, they should of been made to fit closer to the crowl. they really dont look as good as they could have. The lights work very good, the light is fairly desent. If it makes me more visable they are well worth the money. You can see what they look like with covers just check out my photo gallery. |

Easy to install, BUT the best thing to do is to throw away the wood bit they send with it to drill the holes. the VERY best way to drill any hole in plastic is with a christmas tree bit. It has a sharp point drills a small hole first then one size bigger at a time.the futher you push it the bigger the hole, absoulty a must for a perfect hole. Tape the paper on strip, drill the holes thats it. the rest is simply bolt it on. As everyone says they work great, i also have the hand wings. I got the dark tint new generation. check out my photo gallery to see what that color looks like. |
