Have had 2 GW's and added this back support immediately on each!! The comfort and support are great. You'll wonder why you waited. Well made, great instructions, excellent product. Wold highly recommend.
Placed this order back in October, item was back ordered and did not receive it until last week. Worth the Wait Ladies and Gentelman. 1st, easy install, take your time, installing plug and play harness with tow harness and this leaves little room in the back, so take your time, 2nd, WOW!!! Nothing better than having more bling and lights on the back end for everyone to see you. You will not be disapointed with these gems. Thanks to all WingStuff staff for thier great support and them offering another great item for all of us to enjoy.

To all readers and the F$ Company. I have a need to retract my previous remark regards the F4 windshield for my 2002 GL1800. After being challenged by the F4 Customer Care person Don, I found out that my after market windshield is not a F4 product. Sorry for passing on the wrong info. Ikester. |
If your significant other (Political correctness these days......) has short legs, that will not sit square on the OEM Floorboards - then these are the ones for you. My wife is one of those people..... she could not ride comfortably for long periods of time; without her legs falling asleep, from the lack of blood circulation. Now she can ride for several hundred miles - no complaints (and no arguments!).
Some things are just worth splurging on. Like this stuff!!! For around $35, plus shipping, you can replace your Gold-wings coolant to include reservoir and you don't have to mess with premixing anything. For me, it was well worth it. Hope this helps.

I've had one of these for years and have been without it now for about a week. Boy do I miss it so I bought another one because my rear end is sore riding without it. I also added a "Magellan Outdoors Self Inflating Pillow" under it and tied it with small tie wraps the the Beaded Seat Cover on the corners. You can see it at Academy here: https://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_10051_26326_-1__?Ntt=self+inflating&Ntk=All |
As some of the reviews say; these look great, and they do. But, I do have to say that after having these on the bike for about 2 months, I noticed the chrome wearing off. Not happy about that, Looks like the rubber should be on the front end of the pegs; not the back.
This is a great addition to cove up the dull valve covers. Easy install, probably the easiest item I have ever installed.
I am really happy with this purchase and the look of the item when installed. Be very careful when installing since you will have to drill 3 holes, but take your time and it will be a snap!!
Put these on the wifes trike and am amazed at how well they work. They seem to really deflect the wind. They are also handy for catching bugs that normally end up on the fenders. Would buy these again for sure.
This is a nice addition to the rear of the bike. I agree with another reviewer, add some 2 sided tape to the ends to keep rags and cloths from catching while cleaning.
These are handy to have as the ones installed will easily fall off and you will not even notice. Get a couple of packages.
