| anyone tried these on a 2001-2005 goldwing? the initial screen says they work on 2006-2012 but the instructions posted here mention 2001-2012. Any insight would be appreciared. |
| Lights shorted out and wiring burnt up from the lights all the way to the mirror before blowing the fuse. It was a little dramatic, LOL. I was riding my Gold Wing with a group of fellow Harley boys when smoke started rolling out of my right fairing, I pulled over and shut it off and caught a ride home to pick the bike up with a trailer. I was afraid of a fire if I kept it running. Was surprised to find the wires burnt up. |
| Perfect color match perfect fit. Easy install just follow the directions and you will get a nice install in about a half hour. I have a blue 2012 and the color is spot on! |
| No clear instructions anywhere they assume you begin with all the back end were the hitch is to be mounted is totally exposed. No way to find clear instructions the cross bar on my 2012 navi is fit tight up against the bottom of the rear tail light assembly. The saddle clamp has no room to be fastenned.The folks at wingstuff are great but can't help so now it is a waiting game to see if Add On Accesories can resolve. I called two local Honda dearlerships who said they will not touch this. But I beleive that may be due to liability....If this can't be resolved my rating will drop to 0 |

| Not hard to put on if you follow the inst. I put the sleeve on with the front shell attached then matched the bottom of the rear and used a screwdriver to push the top of the reat rubbers in place then engaged the tabs by squeezing them with a WELL paded till they snapped in place. Enough heet transfer to keep my old hands warm. |
| If this battery is so super great and long lasting, why does it only have a 2 year warrantee ? |

These knobs protrude 5 mm less than the OEM part. The top of the knob is also tapered making it impossible to grasp wearing gloves. They say they are for a 2012 GL 1800 but these are better suited to earlier models. For 7 bucks i just tossed them. |
| easy to install but lid entirely to hard to close i've put 10000 miles on bike since i put them on if i could get them off without leaving several holes i would throw them away. dont make the same mistake i did you will regret it. i have alot of goodies on my bike this is only one of three things i wished i hadn't bought TRUST ME |

"CB use? Will this enable you to use CB with their headset and SM10 bluetooth??Can't get a straight answer from Sena or??" I got the straight answer from them....It's unidirectional. You can hear all including sterio, CB and Navi but no ability to transmit yet. |

A must to have because you don't have the trunk lights to rely upon on this model. Installaion was easy, the re-taping of the harness takes a few minutes. Beware of the position of drilling the holes; the left side of the light assembly lies right next to the key lock for the saddlebags on the F6B! Make your hole down low. |
