05/14/2013 Texas Very Disappointed I'm about to order my Fourth cord in 2 Years due to bad wires, and I'm stuck with the freaking helment. Could have ordered more, just choose to put up with the broken one until I can't take no more.......... When you speak to a Rep at a Ralley thay don't gave a D---! They just keep on taking your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ They need to recall this PRODUCT |
| OK, This is not what I excepted! It's really small but that's fine. It's the stones that are not going to cut it! They are super small! I'll come up with something! |
| These add a really nice touch to your radio. |
| Well, I got this in today and put it on. Then I noticed that the eject button would not release without help and the scan button would stick. So now it's on there with some really good stickers! It's a nice piece but take care when added it on. |

Installed Trunk and Saddle bags in a afternoon. The YouTube video and supplied docs compliment each other to make installation a no brainer. My advice is not to "overtighten" the molding screws!!! One screw mounting hole began to slightly crack due to too much torq. Go easy on torq when attaching the new parts. Looks really good and many comps on them when turned off too. Saltin Peppa Jr. |
| I have about 26,000 on my wing. If I could have changed them sooner with these results I would have done it sooner! They were not avalible until this last year. I also replaced the rear mono spring with a Progressive spring and the head bearings with tappered bearings. I use to scrap my pegs quiet often now, hardly ever. Riding two up the bike handles like it is on rails. Highly recommended!!!! |
| This part do not fit on F6B |
| Love the Cup & Holder. Looks nice on my Black Goldwing. Only negative is that there needs to be a locking mechanism of some sort. Second time my wife's cup blew away at highway speeds. |

Bought this in 2010 and it is still on my bike. However, the set screw comes loose often. You'll know it is loose when you raise and lower the stand and can hear the pad loose. I have tried using Loctite on the set screw, however Loctite eventually wears as time goes by. It would be great if the manufacturer had a better way to lock this down onto the stand so that I don't have to keep tightening the set screw. This pad also has some interference when it is in the up position. Interference you will notice when using the OEM foot pad and wearing boots. Other than the set screw problem, this is a good cheap option to have on the kickstand to widen the stand surface when using on multiple surfaces. I've had no problems with this on sand, gravel, or loose pavement. However, on some soft surfaces, for added security, I have placed a piece of wood (shingle) or metal plate under to prevent sinking. |
| I had held off on this modification being concerned about the extra cable lengths necessary to add these. Brother had put these on a 2012- no problem very simple install no issue with cable lengths. With that we installed the tall rider version (no change in the span of the bars) on my 2008. Again very simple to do. You will have to remove the 4 bolts that hold the GPS unit in place but it doesn't have to be unpluged- you can just lift it our of the way for the install. The change is not an issue for any of the cables just have to work with it a little to get the extra inch needed to align the plate bolt holes. I have long arms so the standard reach wasn't a problem for me but this is still a major improvement on longer trips.. Nothing negative about this change and very easy to do. risers are marked for left and right so it's pretty much a no brainer install if you can do anything mechanical yourself. |
| The light's look great but the installation pictures are terrible. In order to make the install flawless, consider an installation video. It doesn't cost very much or just charge an extra 1 or 2 dollars. This would make the installation easy as falling off a log. |
