| Looks great on the F6B and adds a little chrome touch to the dash area in my opinion. Do not really need the bottle holder as I usually stop to get a drink and stretch the bones a little. Seems to fit good and was very easy to install. Apparently not water proof, but not an issue for me...So far, so good... |
| I had the chance to help a friend out a few months ago when he came over to show me his new bike when I notested there was Philips head screw in his back tyre.. After removing it the tyre started to loose air so I went to work on it with my Stop & Go Tubeless repair kit which worked just like the instruction said it would.. It worked so good the plug was still in when he changed the tyre a few weeks go when the canvas was starting to show on the side of the tyre... |

I like my maps...and I like to have them where I can see them. This is the ideal inexpensive map carrying and display unit that I could find out there for my GL1800. It installs easy and the map remains dry even in a downpour. I like too that it acts as a sunshield for the radio buttons and also shields the buttons from water to some degree. I would prefer a more clear plastic (vs. opaque) but I believe it would scratch too easily so this is acceptable. I can store a couple of folded up maps underneath the map that is being displayed and used. For upkeep just a damp towel to clear the dust off it and inside also to keep it from accumulating dust that could wear/scratch it further. Hopnel makes great products and this is yet another one. |
| This part is essential if wanting to charge modern devices while on the move. It was dead easy to install - 10 minutes and that for someone who never works on bikes. Works well keeping ipod and iphone charged on the go all the time. |
| I have been using this bag (I purchased the trunk bag only) on all of my road trips for the last two years. It has held up amazingly well and it fits the contour of the trunk exactly. The two large straps make it very easy to lift out of the trunk to take into a hotel or etc. It has a large capacity for just about anything you might want to put in it. Seems to be made very well with a durable zipper around the top. Highly recommend. |
| Also highly recommend the spring-loaded locating pins. These are worth every penny if you're not using the electric option. :-) |

Just came back from a two week trip to Southern California from British Columbia. Both going down & coming back, we rode thru rain storms in Washington & Oregon. Had never ridden in the rain or on a long distance trip with this windshield while my wife was a passenger. I was concerned she might get wetter than from our previous tall windshield that I had to look thru. Not to worry, she said the rain just went over her head & she experienced no wind buffeting. She was very happy with the windshield, so I was quite relieved. Happy Wife = Happy Life! :-) Instead of the power option, I installed the Rake Kit. After fiddling with different angles, found the perfect one. I love this windshield! |
| Absolutely love this helmet. It's the first helmet I've owned that fit my head perfectly. I was concerned that it would be too hot in the Mojave Desert this May, but with my Windbender down in it's lowest position, the airflow into the helmet's airscoop with great & I never did get too hot. Highly recommend this helmet for those with the right shape head. Quality is top of it's class! |
| Problem of "dirty threads" seems to be resolved, no evidence on my rack. Instructions were not well written and it took me three hours to install. Problem was the angled washers and matching up to the angle cut of each leg. Caused binding when trying to mount the screws, plus instructions say leave inner liner in place. Made it impossible to get installed due to binding of screws. When I used large washers on lid inside, between liner and lid all went together much easier. Hopefully the large fender washers will prevent cracking of the lid. I would not try this but pay a dealer next time to install, although it might be easier the second time around. |
| I purchased this product for my 2012 GL1800. The good: Cubby is versatile as it will securely hold a 20 oz soda bottle. With the side covers on it securely holds my garage door opener, billfold, and accessory wire (Scala rider charging cords and the like.) The bad: while fit is good, it fits quite loosely compared to the OEM cover. This is the only reason the product didn't get five star rating. The fix is purchasing 3/8 inch foam tape from a home supply center and placing it around the inside of the cover to take up the slop, and prevent unwanted movement of the cover. |

Tom is spot on with his review, I love them in the cold weather, but when it gets warm i can't keep them in place, it stated not to over tighten them, also i have continuously tighten them to find that point so they stay, Before it breaks, hopefully. sorry for the double post. |
| Had bought these but not installed. Had dyna beads put in with new tires a few years back and liked them also. Put these on recently and am very very impressed. Totally smooth ride. I'm sure will extend tire life by quite a bit! If you do not mind spending the extra money, these are worthwhile. |
