I put this on a GL1800 with a Kuryakyn hitch (before I read the other reviews. It is a tight fit, but I got it on. I have to struggle a bit to get the holder into the receiver, but once on, it works well. Used a couple of time for PGR events. Got it up to 55mph (although not recommended) the unit help up fine. Needed to add better securing system for highway use.
Once installed, I think this belly pan both functions well and looks good but the installation was difficult. Had a hard time getting the second side over the studs along with starting the nuts after damaging the threads a bit. Ended up using a 2x6" board as a lever getting it past the bolts and probably will cut it lengthwise if I have to remove it. Also, but not as difficult, spent some time bending the front section to match up with the main part of the pan. If the installation was easy, I would have given it five stars.
kuryakyn is one of the finest brand that manufature's high-quality products. When i bought their "chrome luggage rack with rubber" I've found what I was expecting
I'm on my third set of Bridgestone tires they really handel well I run tires at 41 and 42 psi this year I bought the Centramatic balancers I probably got eighteen thousand miles on the tires now highly recommended
I have had a few different pairs of boots. I've been riding since 1969! I travel all over the world on my goldwing. The have been, by far, the best pair I've ever purchased! Not only are are they warm. I road in 41 degree weather and they were good. They are waterproof and they were most comfortable to wear for riding and pretty good for walking around. Thanks, bob
Excellent tire for he price. Keep it up.

The boards couldn't have been any easier to install (two bolts) and my wife loves them. She's got arthritis so she needs the ability to change her leg position and these really work for her. The finish is excellent and they are really solid. |
This is a pretty good set of tires. Now a pair are less than I paid back in 2009 for this set.
It's not perfect but for the most part it fills the bill. The straps our to long but & didn't leave me a secure feeling so I used Roko adjustable straps around it & worked great.

This part should come included with the Armrest Trim Lights. How can you say they fit on an 2008 wing if it don't have the Adapter included. Just want more Money. . |
Ordered these for my 2008 wing with my bad eyes I did not see the small print that I needed to order the required P/N 3241 Plug-N-Play Adapter that is not included. I would like to suggest that Kuryakyn change the print of the 3241 and 3230 to red and underline it so someone like me won't miss it when ordering this part. Installed them last week WOW! they really pop. that looks good (lot of light.)
I purchased this system (also purchased the cooler rack, luggage bag, and locks). Installation on my Gen 2 required a couple more steps but there is a review by paysnoattn under product reviews where he describes in detail the additional steps making installation a breeze (thanks paysnoattn!) In the past I have pulled a trailer but don't enjoy the hassles that come with it (parking, tolls etc.) so I decided to give this a try. My wife and I can fit all of our clothing and toiletries in the large bag that mounts to the rack leaving our side cases for heated gear, rain suits etc.), When running around town I simply remove the hitch and rack (2 minutes). I'm sold on this system and can't imagine not having it for trips. Unless you pull a camping trailer, you can pretty much eliminate the need for a cargo trailer with this system.
