I just put these on along with Progressive Mono Tube Forks and now my 2012 with over 60,000 miles feels better than when it was new. Low speed maneuvers are so firm and when I get aggressive on the high speed peg grinders the feel is rock solid. I wish I did this 40,000 miles ago. Now I need to go back and attack some of my favorite roads.
Cruise Control does not work with these levers. Put stock ones back on and all works fine. Read others with same problem. Some fix it and are ok. Personally I think since its designed for the GL1800 it should just work.
Just received mine today and took me about an hour to install. I had a pair on my GL1500 with 7 led's that were great, and these look even much better. The love the way they flash, and makes you much more visible when turning or changing lanes.
I just received my S.S. belly pan today and looks great. It took me less then half an hour with no gloves to install. I specifically looked for stainless steel and this was the only one I saw on the market. Lot's of vents also so I feel better on the real hot days having this one.
I have had these for years and very much enjoy them. Even though I still have to "crank" my knees and legs to the outside of the cylinder heads, which results in my lower leg hitting on the side of the fairing-- it is a comfortable alternative to resting my feet on my "stock" pegs. I recently found out that if you lay the bike over....the shafts are designed to break(insert sad face here). And Kuryakyn sells replacement arms (insert OK face here). But only as a pair....so that means I now have an "extra" for another mishap!
Installed on the brake side. Got this one because I wanted to keep using my brake reservoir cover and this one comes without a cover. The extra long bolts supplied are needed. I use the switch for white led Joe Florida lights in my trunk and saddlebags. Lit up like a runway inside too. I secured the wires to the battery and a ground for continuous on. Before I walk away from the bike I check if the amber switch light is on or off. I already had 3 switch lights on the left side fairing for other Led lights/accessories. Now I have two extra switches for any future installs.

These lights are awesome! They are just the right look for the GEN2 (really sharp looking). They add more visibility to the front of the Wing, and when you fire the Driving Lights up, what a difference. They put some light down the road. I recommend taking the extra time to wire the Turn Signal function into this accessory. (1 minor note - the Amber LED's do not wrap all the way up on one side as depicted in the photo. Not a big issue - but be aware) The amber turn signal works well, and is very visible as you get into dusk and night driving. Very happy with this product! |

I added these to my new 40th Anniversary Goldwing. As some of the other reviewers have noted, these will definitely add visibility to the rear of the bike. I wired these up so they work with my Wig-Wag module for brakes and work with my turn signals. Ride Safe - Have Fun |
I bought my first pair back in 2009 and I just had to buy another pair. they got holes in the bottom of the boots. I would recommend these boots to all. love how they zip up and then Velcro close very comfortable. worth the money.
Unlike other reviewer--MINE WORKS !! I purchased to install because I added Hartco Sheepskin covers and felt like I needed a heat boost because of thickness. It worked !! As far as hampering seat re-install like in other review--must be the seat installer--I had NO problem, went right back on no problems. I recommend product.
I love these grip covers!the stock grips always seemed a little to small for my hands these grip covers make the fit perfect they work well with my grip heaters and feel great riding down the road. I use compressed air and they slip right on. I ride my bike just about everyday and they have held up very well and are reasonable priced. I'll have them on my bike for as long as they are avaible. I'm about due for a new set I'll be ordering two.
Total crap. Don't waste your money.
