I just replace my 10 year old Road Sofa with a Midrider with back rest. WOW. What a ride! My Wife loves the extra couple of inches and she now sit up straight. They are a lot of money and I did have trouble justifying the expense. I have to say this seat was worth every penny. We are at that age now when my thoughts are leaning more to my wife's comfort in order to keep her riding. This is just one more nice improvement for her comfort and mine. Oh and be ready for the always interested people when they see it. I love the attention at rest areas and restaurants on our rides. We meet a lot of nice people this way.
Just installed these the other day. easy to install, took about 30 minutes and we were off. Big improvement for the wife as she was getting blown around a lot back there before. I can feel the difference up front too. great product, well worth the dollars for the passenger's comfort.
I have both lift and right. I put the extenders on earth side then put them on opposite sides. That makes the handle bars 3" longer. I am 6' 2" with long arms. These really help.
Love them. I am also 6' 2" and they really help.
Bought it on a whim. Had for 6 months and finally put it on. Rode one tank and took it off. Got back on the bike and rode about 50 miles pulled over on the shoulder of the road and put it back on. I never ride without it. I have what is called "assata l" I have no "A-S at all"
LED start going out after first year. I had both upper and lower sets. Looks great on the pearl white bike. Save your money! One *
I don't like it. Its way to big and does NOT fold up when NOT in use. Returned my order.

Very Nice...!!!! Highly Recommended. Owned one for 20 years until my son broke it. Adjustable to fit cans, water bottles, and other size coffee and soda drinks. Folds up when not in use. I am going to order 2 more for my new Gold Wings. |
THEY WORK REAL GOOD/GREAT LIGHT/NO ISSUES 2 MONTHS IN AND ALSO PUT OF FOG LIGHTS
Less then a month and it is wore out. Have to drill another hole or two so it can be used. Not happy at all with this product. hard to find bottles or cups that will fit easy.

No problems, works exactly like it should. Handles 25 pounds no problem. Also the aluminum drills easily for extra bungie hook spots or for mounting your license plate on the back of the rack. Only small complaint is that the paint chips off easily but a rattle can fixes that up fairly easily. |
Installed the aeropegs on my 2014 Goldwing 1800. The other day I was parking the bike in my garage and the kickstand did not hold correctly so the bike tipped over. The aeropeg was extended as I just came in from a ride. As the peg hit the floor I heard and crack and all of a sudden all of the engine oil drained out on my garage floor. Upon further inspection I noticed the metal peg had put enough pressure on the side on the cover that it cracked the aluminum side cover that covers the timing chain and spark plugs thereby releasing the oil and now I have a cracked cover that needs to be replaced. I am not sure why the design of these pegs does not have the ability for them to fold up in the event of a bike leaning over. Interestingly enough I mentioned this to a friend of mine who also has a Goldwing and experienced the same issue. He said that during his trip to Texas last month the same thing. My suggestion is DO NOT Add these to your Goldwing. It's only a matter of time if your bike goes over that you will end up with a costly repair.
