Had my mechanic put these tires on for me, I didn’t think to have him replace the valve stem. Half way through a 3000 mile trip on new Bridgestone tires, as luck would have it I have a leaking valve stem. Within 30 minutes of filling the tire I would lose tire pressure. After rounding up some necessary tools we broke the bead to replace the valve stem. Reset the tire and put air to it. After all that and finishing the trip the tires appear to be all good. Happy with the way they ride too.
Product was plug and Play easy. Only problem was there were only 5 wires to the trailer. My Escapade trailer is a 6 wire hook up. Had to run a 6th wire thru the harness to allow the interior lights to work on the trailer.
I used gorilla glue to hold the two pieces together and have since ridden about 5000 miles in all types of weather and it’s holding. Even though it’s holding and looks great I still can’t recommend buying this product since it failed in just 2 weeks.
Easy install. I put in the tour trunk. Ordered the OEM phone holder that comes with the airbag model for the front wall of the tour trunk. Installed in the trunk fits and performs flawlessly.
I heard a lot of good things about adding beads to my 2018 seat (which has had the Wingsoft mod done) but this just didn't work for me. 4 hour trip was all I could take and I gave it to a buddy of mine to see if it might work for him. Guess I'm just the exception to the rule!
Easy install. The only thing I would change is making them LEDs
Only ones I run...love the installation..never have had a problem. just wish they were sold in pairs!
Great price, fits perfect....
The only tire I run on my 1800. Wingstuff has the best price for combo...fast delivery....2nd set that I have purchased from Wingstuff!
Easy install and gives great back support.
Good design idea, but very poor quality. Every female thread messed up and had to be "chased". The loctite on the male thread had gotten so hard it had to be removed and replaced with blue liquid loctite. One of the peg mounts had the bolt head stop on the inside break off. I had to fabricate a new one. Took me all day to install this junk.Back in 1999 I bought some Kuryakyn foot pegs and they were poorly made also. I looked for weeks trying to find a design I liked as well as these and finally decided to risk it.Bottom line is: Kuryakyn has some good designs but manufacture junk. With the high cost of these products, this is just unforgivable. I said in 1999 that I would never buy Kuryakyn junk again. Guess I'm going to say it again.
I have already left a previous review with a poor score on this product, but here's an update. The lights were dimming and flashing as my previous review stated; however, RIVCO agreed to replace them under warranty. I shipped them the lights back and they sent me another set; however, because of the trouble I had the first time with the rubber and the general fit, I decided to find crash cage clamps and mount them to those instead since they sell the same lights for the same application.Lights were installed, I've had them on there about 6 months and guess what? 2 of the 4 LED's in the right light are now burned out, the 3rd is dim, and only the 4th is still bright.Never ever ever ever buy these lights. They are totally worthless. A friend of mine has a Kawasaki adventure bike with lights mounted really high. He take the bike through deep water, etc. They've been fine for 4 years. I can't even get 6 months out of these lights. TotalWasteof Money.
