| Further to my 5 star review of 3/31/08, I stand corrected. Chrome is peeling off after less than 400 miles. I love the solid feel but am very disapointed with the chrome issue considering the price of these. Will be sending them back for replacement. |
| I have carried one of these in my saddlebag for 8 years and had the first occasion to use it last fall when a fellow rider's tire picked up a screw. It worked flawlessly and allowed him to make it 75 miles to a dealer for a new tire. It would have probably held for the life of the tire, but he chose to have a new tire installed. Like others said, practice on an old tire or just waste a plug to see how it works. The key is to make sure the plug is lubed with the included oil. Only drawback is of course it doesn't work on large holes, just screws, nails, etc. Every bike should have one of these. |

| Spent my Tax Rebate at WingStuff! These are the best. Gives that extra rise needed for passenger comfort ride. Heavy as hell but high quality chrome and looks much better than stock. Had same problem with spring as others did on the right side. Just stretched the spring out some and now retains fine. Highly recommend. |
| Nice rack. Chrome detail is awesome. Install was very easy. Highly recommend installing the risers at the same time as the rack. |

| Great item. Practically infinite adjustability puts this way up the "Gotta Have" scale. Install took a bit but care is rewarded with a OEM look and effect. Ditto the "adjust on the fly" possibilities for road and terrain variations; also for a variety of positions for comfort. Much better on back issues than the "K" version it replaced. Bravo! Utopia. |

| I emailed CWOLAW when I ordered the hitch. His instructions arrived and I had time to study them before the hitch arrived. I recieved the hitch yesterday and started installing last night. Finished this morning and towed my trailer for a few miles. It is hard to understand why a company would continue sending such poor instructions with a quality product. CWOLAW should receive a commision for his work on the instructions. Like all the other reviews, good product, lousy instructions. |
| Just installed it yesterday, and just love it. Installation was not bad at all. Agree with another reviewer, when just the key is on, one side does not work as bright and also flashers don't work normally, but once you start the bike and you are up and running, PERFECT. Ya gotta have this one. I am not mechanically inclined, and I installed it no problem at all following the directions. |
