| Easy install but had an issue with the back panel going back on. Removed washers but didn’t help. Might have to grind down bolt holes as there is a little bump out on each. Any advice would be appreciated. Feel free to reach out. |

Pretty nice hitch...
| Having some mechanical ability is a definite plus and as most have already said, the instructions could be better. After installation, the rear cover panel didn't want to fit because the bolts stick out too far. I removed the washers and added lock-tite and gained the clearance I needed. That being said, I do not pull a trailer. I use this to mount a flag pole and US flag for escorting military funerals. It works remarkably well for that, and when I don't need the flag mount, I can unpin the vertical part and remove it. Voila...nothing to see here, folks... |

Not easily installed - holes would not line up
| I purchased this hitch when it was on sale a few months ago. I finally took time to install it, which I eventually got done, about 3 hours later. Issues that I had: The instructions left out a few key points, they stopped referencing simple things like adding the clock washers and flat washers as you read through the directions. The frame mounted brackets took a bunch of "finessing" (with a hammer) to get the bracket in to the spot it needed to be in.. the "box" on the inside rail had to be removed to install the main mounts, then after I finally got the main brackets mounted the H bracket holes didnt line up completely.. the tolerances seemed to be about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch, and that is simply not good enough to make an install easy. Lastly, my kit included 4 "extra bolts" that were not on the instruction list (or in the picture). It comes down to you get what you pay for... if I had to do it again, I'd spend more... |

not happy with this
| I had to use a tap on all the threaded holes and chase the bolts with a die because nothing would thread in the way it was.Should be better quality control than that.I am ASE master certified so not my first rodeo. |

Great hitch
| This is a quality hitch with great instructions to follow. It takes a little time to get it mounted up but it is well worth it when you're done. Follow the directions and take time to lay all the parts out close to you while your lying on the ground so everything is at your fingertips!! Recommend this hitch to anyone!! Quality product!! |
