Chrome Windshield Vent Accent GL1500, GL1800

This is a nice addition to the windshield area. I don't have a chrome garnish and don't want one so this gives just a touch of chrome to the front end.

As with most chrome plastic, make sure you gently hand bend it into the correct shape so it lies flush on the vent frame and dry fit it so you know exactly where it's going to look it's best. Use the alcohol pad and a dry paper towel to prep the vent frame then peel tape backing off and carefully align then stick - top edge and sides first than lowering it all the way to the bottom edge. Rub it down evenly on the left and right sides, then across the top and bottom. Repeat a few times to give the tape a chance to set.

It makes for a great effect! I'd buy it again.

Is your bike completely chromed ? Than buy that item too.

I like the added crome and its easy to install. I think its way over priced for such a smale peace of crome. You will only get the rim that gose around the plastic vent.
