Great combo price, the other half really likes the swing out arm rest which is definately a must for any passenger. if you need to move the driver back rest forward it puts pressure on both sides of seat's tips, which makes it difficult to sit all the way to the rear of driver seat. I had to reposition the back rest portion to compensate and moved the upper arms more towards the rear. The passenger legs do not rub on the brackets arms, its all about comfort and releaf on the long rides, I highly recommend.

Great price!!!! It was very easy to install. The only concern I had was that the leather rod cover on the seat bracket was not mentioned in the instructions as being installed, but after looking at pictures, that problem was easy to fix. The bracket holding the backrest was not drilled completely through, so I had to drill two 1/4" holes for the bolts. Other than those 2 small items, I am very happy with the product and I know the wife is VERY excited about having someplace to put her arms....and isn't THAT what it's all about???

On the up side the four stars are because my wife loves them and I love the backrest but the install went great until I put the 6MM carriage bolts in the arm rests. The bolts were fine threads and the huts were course threads. I did not notice until I tried to tighten them. Striped the bolts. I called the company but they said the parts came in a bag and would not send more. I just bought 1/4" polished stainless to replace. Someone just dropped the ball by mixing the wrong bolts and nuts. Check them before you install. They wanted me to package the whole thing up and send back. I said no and just bought the polished stainless.

Everybody has told me that a backrest makes all the difference. I should have listened sooner. It is great. The adjustments for the backrest are tight but maybe they will get looser over time. The armrests are very comfortable for the misses and for me too. Gives me somewhere to put my arm when I'm cruising down the highway.

This is a must have, as once we got them we couldn't imagine being without them. Only gave 4 stars because install was pretty tough to get everything lined up correctly. WARNING, check the armrest mounting holes before installation. One of mine had some type of oil in it, which dripped and left a blemish on the saddlebag. Was able to buff most of the blemish out, but I can still see it if I look closely.
