Just received my wifes helmet today (4/29/08). Mine is still on back order. In my opinion, the helmet is alright if you don't intend on putting a headset into it. However, if you do want a head set in it...I hope your ears are located lower than the average person. The pockets for the speakers are in a very bad location. Her Med helmet has the speakers aligning just slightly above my lower jaw bone. I can only assume, the XL I ordered for me is the same or worse. Fortunately, I was a parachute rigger in the USMC for 15 Years so I'll be able to modify the helmet to make it work. Without this training I don't believe the average person will be happy if they intend to put a headset into it.
