This component terminal will integrate the audio signals from a cell phone, GPS and/or radar detector with the drivers (only) helmet headset. If the cell phone normally rings out of its hands-free headset jack, or emits any other beeps or tones, it will momentarily be heard in the left headset speaker. A flip of the supplied control switch activates complete connection of the drivers headset to the cell phone for hands-free operation. If the radar detector or GPS unit emits any commands, beeps or braps, regardless of what else might be being heard in the headset, they will momentarily be heard in the right speaker.

	6/30/2009 reviewer: GarminShowed119 Rating: This was installed to interface with an iPhone and it does work, however the volume through the J&M headset is rather so low that I can't hear any conversation above 5 miles and hour. All J&M tech support said was to turn up the volume on the phone. I own three helmets with varying qualities of J&M headsets, from low cost to high end, and they all exhibit the same issue. For the cost of the unit, I am extremely disappointed.
	3/23/2009 reviewer: Brian Rating: This J&M product works great. Installed it on my 09 Goldwing and it was all plug and play. Callers say they cant even tell I'm on my MC. I have the Navi system & no radar detector. Only wish J&M would offer a model for just phones so we wouldnt have to pay for the ability to interface with all the gagets. But I can't say anything bad about the way it installed and functions
	1/31/2009 reviewer: Steve J Rating: This product works great and installed easily, I had a few minor problems. Pulling the plastic off of the bike can be done without a problem but is time consuming. I suggest buying replacement pocket push pins before starting this job. The system mounts on the bike nicely and connects very simply. Once I had everything attached I tried a call from my cell and received a very loud feedback tone through the helmet speakers. After checking everything over three times I figured out the problem was with my cells head phone jack. Go Figure!

I would not dream of attempting it myself as it involves taking apart far too many parts of the wing, especially if you have the NAV/AIRBAG model like i do. However, once its in it works seamlessy. Sound qualiity is amongst the best i've expreienced (i've used scala rider and many other brands). You can have a conversation at well over 60mph and the other party would be hard pressed to tell that you are riding a bike! J&M deserves 5 stars for this kit, even though the install is quite hard. For those of you that want phone/bluetooth capability, you will NEED item JMCFRGBT01
	12/13/2007 reviewer: Curt Rating: I had this on my 2004. It is a great little unit and does work well, I would have bought this again except my 2008 came with the NAV system and I never used the phone much while riding, but it does work and is nicely made.
