GL1800 Trunk Light Reconfiguration Harness

This little jewell really adds visibility to the back of your GL 1800. It turns the inside trunk lights(2009)into turn signals. This can be very important when pulling a trailer. The instructions are very straight forward and easy to follow. An asset to any Goldwing. This kit is very reasonably priced and well worth the cost.

HAVE A TRAILER THIS WILL PUT YOUR TURN SIGNAL UP HIGHER SO THEY CAN BE SEEN VERY EASY INSTALL. SWITCH THE BULB FROM INSIDE TO OUT SIDE WORKS GREAT LOVE IT

Great product, another safety factor. Easy install and looks very good. Instructions say to remove three acorn nuts and remove trunk light. I had two on left side light that would only spin. If this happens to you don't fret. There is flap or pocket inside the trunk under the light bracket that is held on with snaps. It will pull our and you can also get to bulbs and bulb sockets.

Definitely recommend this kit. Easy to install. It makes great use out of the trunk light bar, rather than only being used when brakes are applied. It took about 30 minutes to install and only because I took my time to do the install. If you're looking for another way of lighting up the rear, this is an easy way to do it.

Good product and easy install. Moved the flashing light to the outside on my 2008 seemed like that was where it should be. Makes a real difference when I am pulling my trailer. Should keep the cagers informed of my intentions but then again maybe not.
