GL1800 LED Trunk Spoiler Running Light Converter

I bought this for my 2006 GL 1800 Trike, but never got around to putting it on. When I got my 2009 Trike, I installed it when I installed my new LED Trunk Spoiler. The install was not difficult, and well worth the effort and cost. High visibility on the rear of a Goldwing is very important.

hooked this up without difficulty to my new spoiler. Useing it as running and break looks great and I think it helps alert those behind. Have a flasher but can't get the wiring worked out (flasher's problem not this).

Had everything installed and working fine until reinstalled the inner liner for the travel trunk lid and shut it. The running light feature continued to work, but no brake light. When I took the inner liner back of, I found the wire leading to the upper pigtail was broken off. I'm guessing I didn't leave enough slack inside the trunk lid. There wasn't enough wire after the resistor to reattach...so I'm ordering again. Oh well. I'll know better next time. The directions that came with it were terrible, but thanks to all the other Wingstuff comments we got through it.

Instructions were O K. But they could have told you that the blue plugs were already being used, and that the pigtails were to go in the middle of the plugs. Hooked them up, and they work great.

Directions were right on. Great look.
