Customer service is second to none

I would like to thank the WingStuff staff particularly for the exceptional customer service I recently received. I noticed a blemish or blister in a visible area of my floorboard side cover. I called WingStuff and described what I felt was a defect in the product. I was provided with a replacement set of floorboard side covers at no expense to me. I am greatly pleased with all aspects of WingStuff's customer service. All of my chrome, accessories, tires and parts will come from WingStuff for my GL1800. Their customer service is second to none. I am a WingStuff fan for life!

After having enjoyed the LED rear fender light for 7 months, the left side run LED's went dark. The brake lights continued to work. After checking my connections, I determined that the problem was with the product itself. I was prepared to have to eat the cost of buying a new one. I called WingStuff and after providing my order number from my receipt, they agreed to send me a new one in exchange for my defective one. I had my new light in 3 days. I am a WingStuff fan for life!

My five star review is for Wingstuff. My first beaded seat cover fell apart the second ride. Wingstuff not only refunded me but sent me a replacement. That's called customer service. A concept so many other companies have forgotten. Thank you.

Great Job WingStuff!!!!

I purchased the Combo set of Bridgestones for my 2002 Orange GL1800 on Monday evening and had the tires on my porch at 10:30 on Wednesday morning. They were shipped from CA to OH in less than two days with FREE SHIPPING. Now that is Great Service. Great Job WingStuff!!!!

A big shout out to WingStuff customer service

A big shout out to WingStuff customer service. When some fool stole my American flag by unscrewing the top and pulling the flag off, WingStuff sent me the replacement top for the pole (saved me from having to buy a new one) and cut me some slack on the shipping for a new flag. Top notch guys!
