Wing Rewards Overview
What is Wing Rewards?
Wing Rewards is the WingStuff Loyalty Rewards Program that allows you to earn points that you can redeem for coupons that are valid on future purchases at WingStuff.com. There are three tiers in the program, and as you advance to a higher tier within the Wing Rewards program, you earn rewards even faster!
How do I join the program?
It's easy to join. Simply create an account. Whenever you make a purchase or complete another points-earning activity, the account that you are signed in to will earn points.
How do I earn Wing Rewards points?
There are many ways to earn points. You will always earn points for the purchases you make at WingStuff.com. You can also earn points for referring a friend that makes a purchase, signing up for our email newsletter, sharing social media, submitting a review and writing a comment on one of our blog posts. Non-purchase activities have a frequency cap on how often you can earn points for completing those activities. You may also have opportunities to earn points during special bonus points days promotions. You can find the entire list of loyalty activties on the main Wing Rewards page.
How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
You can always see your current points balance in your account profile. You can also view available rewards, ways to earn more points, and your previous loyalty activity history there.
What happens to my Wing Rewards points when I cancel or return my order?
The points you earned on the canceled or returned items will be deducted from your Wing Rewards points balance when you cancel or return your order.
What happens to my Wing Rewards points when part of my order is cancelled?
If part of your order is cancelled, your points balance will be adjusted and the points equivalent of the cancelled items will be deducted from your balance.
I should have earned points for an order, but I don’t see the points added to my total points balance. What should I do?
Please check your account profile to see if your order is reflected in your activity summary. If the activity does not show up after 3 days from the date of your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
Do my Wing Rewards points expire?
Wing Reward Points do not expire.
What rewards can I redeem with my Wing Rewards points?
Points can be redeemed for $10, $20, $30 or $50 rewards that can be used on future orders placed at WingStuff.com.
Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem a reward?
The smallest denomination of points that can be redeemed at one time is 3,000 points for a $10 reward. You cannot redeem fewer than 3,000 points at a time. Balances under 3,000 points cannot be redeemed for a partial value reward.
How do I redeem Wing Rewards points?
On the checkout page you can simply select the reward you want to redeem and it will be auto-applied to your order. You may only redeem one reward per order.
Where can I find my Wing Rewards activity?
Visit the account profile and look at the "History" tab to see all your past loyalty activities. Any rewards that you have redeemed will be listed here.
Can I combine Wing Rewards with other promotions or coupon codes?
Yes. Wing Rewards can be combined with generic coupon-based promotions or other coupon codes.
Can I return or exchange the rewards that I have redeemed with my points?
Once you have redeemed points, you cannot reverse that action. Wing Rewards points cannot be added back to your total points balance, or exchanged for rewards of different values.
Do rewards expire?
Rewards do not expire. Once you have earned enough points for a reward, that reward is yours to keep and use at any point in the future. You can find all previously redeemed rewards within the "History" tab of your account profile.
Program Tiers & Status
What are the different tiers in the Wing Rewards Loyalty Program and what do they mean?
There are three tiers in the Wing Rewards Program: (1) Silver, (2) Gold, and (3) VIP Platinum. Higher tiers unlock more rewards and the opportunity to earn additional points on every order. See the main Wing Rewards page for the details of each tier.
How do I achieve Wing Rewards Silver status?
All customers start in Silver, the first tier of the Wing Rewards Program. You can achieve Silver status by simply creating a WingStuff.com account.
How do I achieve Wing Rewards Gold status?
To achieve Gold status, earn 5,000 or more Wing Rewards points by making purchases on WingStuff.com. Additional loyalty activities do not apply towards tier status.
How do I achieve Wing Rewards VIP Platinum status?
To achieve VIP Platinum status, earn 15,000 or more Wing Rewards points by making purchases on WingStuff.com. Additional loyalty activities do not apply towards tier status.
What do I get when I achieve a different tier status within the Wing Rewards Loyalty Program?
When you achieve Gold status, you will receive additional perks as detailed above. On future orders, you will earn points 1.25x faster.
When you achieve VIP Platinum status, you will receive additional perks as detailed above. On future orders, you will earn points 1.5x faster.
How are points multipliers applied to the points that I earn?
You will earn points at a faster rate once you qualify for a higher tier.
- Gold status users earn points 1.25x faster.
- VIP Platinum status users earn points 1.5x faster.
Points multipliers are only applied on points earned from placing orders. Regardless of tier level, all users will receive the same number of set points for non-order activities (e.g. referring a friend that makes a purchase, signing up for our email newsletter, sharing social media, submitting a review and writing a comment on one of our blog posts).
When do I start earning the points multiplier after qualifying into a higher tier?
You will earn the multiplied points tied to a higher status tier on the first order you place after qualifying for a higher tier. You cannot earn additional points on past orders retroactively.
After I achieve a higher status within the Wing Rewards Loyalty Program, does my status expire?
Your status will only expire if you don’t earn the required amount of points in the following calendar year after earning that status.
