Helps with the road noise
| Reduced the road noise enough to substantiate the cost. However the mechanic who did the front forks failed to replace them, I didn't realise it until I went in a rough road. So I bought a second set. |

Doable
| Another reviewer stated he lost one of the fillers. I, too, am having a problem keeping the filler on the right side securely in place. Thus far, I have been able to keep it from falling out. I believe the wiring harness along the right side of the tunnel keeps the filler from fitting properly. I am going to use some two-way tape to try to keep the filler in place. If that does not work, I may do some trimming on the right filler around the wire harness to allow it to fit better. On the plus side, the fillers do reduce the air flow through the tunnel, thus blocking most debris, and reduces noise. I would purchase the filler again, but I think some modifications may be necessary to keep them firmly in place. |

Stops road noise
| I purchased these to stop the excessive road noise from the front tire. I’m having a hard time getting use to the Gold Wing's road noise since switching after 25 years on an Ultra Classic. This helped in reducing some of the noise. |

Works but then....
| These seem to work to block the wind from the tunnels under the fairing but don't stay. I bought a pair which lasted about two weeks before losing one. Every time you turn the handlebars you risk having one or both fall out. I must of lost one while riding as I never saw it sitting on the ground. Not worth the price. |

Stops wind and water
| I love these things. It stops the rain from coming up though by the forks. I have had a few sets up these and showed to others, and they got them too. The last set I got was for someone else. |

fills that hole
| It may just be my imagination but it seems slightly quieter and blocking the wind from there may keep it calmer in cold weather. |

Really Do Help
| Simple to install. They really help in blocking road debris from coming up through the tunnel and hitting you in the face. I replace these about once every two years. |

Skepticism turned to Pleased
| We live on an unpaved road and the sand comes up from the front tire and deposits on the dash area as well as on the rider. I saw this item and didn't really have much faith that it would help but I was pleasantly pleased with the results. It was pretty easy to insert in the openings and doesn't seem to impact the turning or maneuvering and really helps to keep the sand from coming up through the opening where the forks pass through the front end. An added benifit is it also helps keep water from the road when it's raining from coming up through the opening and also seems to help when it's cold outside (which doesn't happen much here in Florida) so I would recomend this to anyone with similar issues. Hope this helps anyone on the fence about the results of using this item. |
