Kuryakyn Glove Box Cubby review
Kuryakyn Glove Box Cubby was very easy to install. Looks good and I like having my drink off of the handle bars. Reason for the 4 star rating is I, like others, trimmed the ribs where the drink holder is to accept a larger drink. My 30oz insulated tumbler fits great now. |

Major POS
This thing did not fit right. Top left corner stuck up and the thing just rattled in there. The whole top part is mega loose. Tried applying a little pressure to get it to fit better and it broke. Should have just sent it back but instead I donated money to Wingstuff. When I spend money for my bike I expect it to fit. Not the case with this super cheap China made Kuryakyn POS. |

Great Function
Put this on my 2012 & 2016 GL1800's. Trimmed out the internal foam fingers to make more room for larger cups & bottles. Wish they would have been more forgiving fit for the Sports Drink bottles. Easy install, and easy to replace the locking lid. Side pockets are tight, and water proof (never had water get inside yet). |

Love the look and function
As always, nice quality from Kury. However I did not buy it for a cup holder thou. This makes a fantastic place to mount a full sized 2" voltmeter gauge. I also added some small pulls to the rubber inserts so that they are easy to pull open. You will need a 3.5"OD X 2"ID piece of thin strong metal (I used the lid from a 5 gal bucket) and paint to your liking. |

Great storage box
I installed this on my 2012 GL. What I like most about this kit is that you gain quick access to usable storage while retaining the security of the locking box. It makes for a good spot to store your proof of insurance or registration. I also have a handle bar mounted cup holder that I use for my water bottles. I use this kit for storing my sunglasses, candy bars or chewing gum for easy access while riding. |

Kuryakyn Cubby Holder
Looks great on the F6B and adds a little chrome touch to the dash area in my opinion. Do not really need the bottle holder as I usually stop to get a drink and stretch the bones a little. Seems to fit good and was very easy to install. Apparently not water proof, but not an issue for me...So far, so good... |

Great Holder
Looks and works great. You might have issue if you purchase a bottle that is larger than 2 1/2" but over all I'm pleased. I do like the fact that the holder is on the bike and not on the bars. A great use of space. |

The Cubby is too tight - a question
Has anyone had difficulty in finding the correct bottle size for the Cubby? I certainly have had trouble. The best size is a plastic water bottle that measures 2 1/2" wide, except it has a screw top that is very inconvenient to use when riding. The smallest reusable bottle I could find is the CamelBak with a spout at 2 5/8" wide. So here are a couple of questions: has anyone taken a Dremel tool to the foam rubber fins so that a little larger bottle will fit? As it is, it's too tight for the CamelBak bottle at 2 5/8" wide. If I do file a little rubber off the fins, will the integrity of the rubber breakdown? |
