I bought the 20oz. size and used it on a recent weekend trip. Installation was simple. When in the holder I turn the handle toward the bracket just in case I hit a bump the cup won't jump right out, not that it will, it's a pretty snug grip especially when full. |

I bought the 20oz driver model. Installation - relatively easy once I saw what the instructions were trying to say. Convenience - very good. Does not obstruct any controls or view of the dash. Easy of use while riding - I mounted mine on the right side so I could use my left (non-throttle) hand to remove. It's very easy. Comfort - I found the straw just a little too stiff to get under the chin part of my full face helmet. A bit more flexible straw would do better, I think. Would like to have the 34oz as well, but it's not clear if I can buy just the mug, or need to buy the full $49 kit again. |

Gotta tell ya,, it is worth every penny! Have traveled coast to coast in 110+ temp, and the 34oz is a lifesaver. Not too bulky, but perfect by the time you add ice. keeps things cool for a long time. |

Hardware fit perfectly the first time! Mounted velcro tape on holder and mug to stop "creep". Ordering one for the co-pilot/navigator now. A MUST HAVE! |

I have two of these and we will not travel a long distance without them. Most new riders don't realize how much they perspire on a hot day because it evaporates so rapidly you don't notice. By the time you get thirsty, you are already in the first stages of dehydration and you can't drink enough to quench the thirst. Whatever you do, get something and drink fluids all day. I had to learn the hard way (Winslow Ariz, 112 degrees), don't make the same mistake. |

Simply the best available beverage holder available (IMHO). I recommend the 20oz size. The 34oz is HUGE and a little unwieldy if you attempt to sip while driving. I have both sizes but have found the smaller one much easier to use while in transit! :-) |

This is a must if you ride in the summer where it is hot. Also, go to a sporting goods store and buy a "Camelback replacement straw" and heat the end to push over the Butler mug straw. This allows you to drink from the mug without removing it from the holder while you ride. A flip-front helmet makes it even easier! |

I found that the compression ring make it hard to remove one-handed. |

I got to have the Butler 34oz'r for the long rides. I like it because you can take to ring off and fold in the bracket when you don't have to use it in town. |
