I've had my 2012 Goldwing for a year now and definitely needed to change my foot positions for longer rides. I tried a few different kinds of pegs because the price tag on these Kuryakyn pegs is a bit high, let me save you the trouble - nothing from ebay or amazon in the cheap $$ department worked right. They cheapos don't fit correctly, so don't waste your time like I did. Just buy these. The old phrase "buy once cry once" applies. I was hesitant to buy these based on the other comments regarding installation, but for me installation was easy. 30 minutes to do both sides and I was riding right away. I do, however, recommend having or buying a needle nose vice grips in order to install the 4 very small metal dowel pins. If you don't have a way to hold the dowel pin while hammering it you will have a bad time. Using my needle nose vice grips and a hammer, the dowel pins went right in for me, I felt like I won the lottery! I chose these Ergo II's over the Ergo III's based on how complicated the install looked and what the ride position looked like online. These Ergo II 4056's fit me perfectly, and I'm 5'8" if that helps anyone out. Great product, and I wish I would have installed them a year ago when I bought the bike!
I put these on my 2025 Goldwing Tour. I know, everyone says these lights are bright, but no one told me they were that bright! Easy to install, incredible brightness, and no one is going to NOT see you, day or night. Turn signals look amazing, too. I purchased the universal wire adapters for the Goldstrike Distribution Block since that is what I have. This is one product I have zero hesitation giving 5 stars and highly recommending.
Recently bought a new Honda Goldwing, and ordered the fender extender. The kit included two sticky back templates which made drilling two holes much easier. Previous kit had measurements, the sticky templates made it much easier and more accurate. Thanks for the improvement!
I bought a bottle of the F4 cleaner when I bought the windshield directly from F4. The cleaner works great and came shipped in bubblewrap. However the bottles are very cheap, leak and crack easily. Order two bottles from Wingstuff and the bottles leaked in the plastic bag they were shipped in. Not worth the cost of shipping and hassle to return. Won’t buy again because of the cheap bottles.
Wow, Route 1 Traveler Tour Trunk Bag adds a lot of storage space to your bike. Very well-made materials that will last a long time. Highly recommend the Route 1 Traveler Tour Trunk Bag!
The oil is oily, and the screws are screwy
I installed the 2.0 starter kit 2 years ago (cost about $250 then). Intallation was straightforward. Followed video on how to take off panels, seat, and placement of lights & controller. I've never had my Goldwing apart and was able to follow along with no problem. Hooking up brake function was even easy. Took about 4 to 5 hours start to finish. Lights don't disappoint! Bright & look GREAT! Have had no problems & get many compliments. Unlike a lot of kits, I love this has the wired controller and is not app dependent. Kit is expandable & I've since added extra lights. Don't get a cheap set (like I did first). Spend the money & get these. Worth every penny!
These grips installed easily and give the proper size to the hand. The stock grips were way to small for my hands. Goldstrike grips look great, feel great, and function perfectly. Thanks for making a quality product, and at a reasonable price. Well done.
The 12mm socket I used to remove the original drain plug was too small for this item. I had to use a 13mm socket. Wonder if anyone else came across this issue? I tried two different sockets from different sets.
Very easy to install and holds a good amount of refreshments. The only issue I have with it is that the cup is not insulated and does not hold ice very long and does not keep drinks cold.
I used this light modulator when coming to a major intersections and it worked very well. Well Saturday March 21th it stop working for some reason. I think it’s the light sensor, it’s off and on and now very slow when it’s working. Shame, I look at this as a great attention device when traveling in heavy traffic areas. At the moment I can’t locate any warranty information regarding the device. Wish I could get a replacement, I see that they’re out of stock and rumors are that the company may not exist/ out of business.
If you are planning to use your battery tender port for a power source you will be disappointed, that wire is only about an inch long. It comes with cords to connect to cig lighter or alligator clips. I will need to cut the ends off of these and combine them to make an extension.
