They look great and are easy to install. Some confusion about which is right, left, and better positioning. Adding water to the inside of the slip-on rubber portion was essential, but did think about wetting the outside. In order to get the rubber nobbies through chrome parts on I have to use a rounded-off flat screwdriver, and being very careful not to poke through any portion of the rubber. I was able to work rubber nobbies through the cut-out slots. Like I read in some of the other reviews. It is bests to start the screws first. I also use zip ties to help squeeze the top and bottoms together while working the rubber till the notches and clip were all aligned and snapped into place. I purchased the throttle boss as well and again just started the screws. After everything lined up and fit snug I adjusted the throttle boss and tightened the screws. I love them and they are a fine add-on to the motorcycle. Again Thanks WingStuff for another fine product! Tony |
Installation was simple and straight forward. They improved the look of the engine and cleaning will be easier for that area!!! |
The F4 windshield is the best motorcycle windshield I have ever installed. I have the tinted stock size . It is very easy to clean and sheds rain easily. It in fact does resist scratching from small stones and other debris. I feel the tinted model does aid in seeing the road in the high sun and does not impair your vision at night. |
Work fabulously It made moving in and out of evening venues so much easier Don’t know why we did not purchase earlier |
You can easily improve your riding position. |
Easy install. Well written instructions. Looks good on our 2012 wing with CSC. |
Perfect !!! .....much cheaper than purchasing each part individually. |
As a new Goldwing owner, I had to pick which accessory, of the thousands available, to buy first for my new-to-me bike. Many belly pans are available, some that cost a lot less and a few that cost the same or a bit more. I went with this one because of how it mounts. I like that it goes over the studs entirely and cannot fall off if the nuts were to come loose. Most, if not all, of the other pans, have a slot that just slips over the stud. That worries me a lot. Yes, the other slotted pans are pinched in there pretty tight and should not dislodge if the nuts become loose, but better safe than sorry. As a mechanic my entire life, I've seen all kinds of things that shouldn't loosen up become loose. It covers all the areas and components that could be damaged by road debris and it looks to be more than sturdy enough to protect from the normal rocks, bungee straps, lug nuts, and other common items encountered on the road. |
I took these “T” valves along with my new Bridgestone tires that I purchased from wingstuff to my local Honda motorcycle dealership. They showed me that the stock valves on the 2012 Goldwing are permanently connected to the TPMS sensor. These T values can not be connected to the OEM tire pressure sensors. Per the Honda mechanic, if he installed the new “T” valve on my Goldwing, he would need to remove the built-in TPMS and thus the TPMS warning light on my dashboard would be on all the time. Thus, I chose to return these “T “ valves for a refund. I wished Wingstuff had explained this incompatibility up front before my purchase. |
The tires were both over a year old when I received them. Prefer fresher tires. These are my 3rd set for this cycle. lst set lasted 10,000 miles, second set 14,000. |
I didn't want to pay extra for this flasher when cheaper ones were online. But now I am glad I did! The flasher is of high quality! I researched youtube for installation and it was a breeze to install. Don't be confused with the two leads, you will only use the one that fits your bike. I have a 2010 Goldwing and one of the leads was a perfect fit! After install everything worked absolutely perfectly! I highly recommend this flasher! |
Probably the most comfortable, stylish and comfortable riding shoes I've had in a long while. Size is spot on too. |
