This was easy to install following the instructions. However, if you watch Cruiseman's video it may confuse you as to where to stow the plug and play connectors. Follow the photo in the instructions. The wires that connect to the pony tails are too long. The instructions don't say to cut them like they do the wires going to the battery. This leaves a lot of excess wire that needs to be folded up and wire tied and stowed under the frame crossbar. Shorter wires would have made this unnecessary. I connected them with heat shrink butt connectors that make a better waterproof connection than those provided by Show Chrome. |
I've been waiting three years for a trunk light to come on the market that is bright enough to be easily seen in daylight. This is the one. The installation was straightforward following the instructions. The only glitch was the turn signal wires were reversed in the instructions. But that was easy to remedy. And I told Showchrome so they can correct future instructions. You can't beat the price. |
Good to have on hand for the rubber that drys out and splits as they get old. They fit correctly and are inexpensive. Good to have spare grommets. |
I know how easy it is to lose things. I thank Wingstuff for making it easy to have spare parts for when those times come. |
Complete kit needed to change my oil. |
When I saw these I knew I had to get them! I recommend also buying the Show Chrome accessory fuse block and install that first. That makes the cowl lights easy to connect for running and turn functions with no splicing into stock wiring. The lights were easy to install. Running the wiring cables to the seat area was the hardest part but doable with a coat hanger and patience. The lights really look nice on the bike day and night. Very happy with them. |
I like the extra visibility of the lights with the bonus of the turn signals. Not a big deal to install, just take your time! |
Good product, easy to install. Plenty of videos out there to help. |
In comparison to other products, this product has excellent quality for the price. In addition, it is easy to install. There is a lot of brightness to the brake lights, and the turn signals are also very clear. |
No big woop here, just a tool to help out |
My 2003 Goldwing had this backrest on it when I purchased it. I had no issues and it felt good in all conditions. My newer (2012) Had the Revolution backrest on it. I spent several hours with it and I did not feel as good as the old Utopia and it was a little bit less user friendly. The Revolution also had come apart from heat. I purchased a new Utopia and am back to enjoying the rides better. First time installation had one difficult part but it went together great. I don't have any back problems so any good backrest will help with the fatigue. |
These are great long sleeve shirts. They are well made and are made of the heavier material, they are not flimsy at all. |
