| I can say I am disappointed. Disappointed in my self that I waited so long to buy these. I knocked the install out in a few hours with the help of my wife. (She was the organizer of parts and tool passer). The instructions came in two books. One was pictures for reference and the other was the instructions. The install was straight forward. The parts are high quality. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone. |
| I couldn’t have asked for a more versatile light. I installed myself, using the YouTube instructions.I had to, however, utilize my local Honda dealership to run up a wire from each light to connect to the tie in @ each mirror...and I also had difficulty fitting the front cowl back on - this too I had to get the dealer to affix . I guess I’m getting mechanically less inclined with age. |
| This flag was already on my bike when I bought it in 2018. The flag has held up well without fraying at all, even at speeds regularly over 100MPH. I have put a lot of miles on since and it still looks great. The chrome plating shows no pitting or flaking. It was originally mounted on the knurled collar for folding down the antenna whip like in the second photo. The constant vibration made the antenna fold down assembly very loose and floppy. I replaced the antenna whip with an OEM one, and moved my flag down to the antenna base below the black band where the whip screws on. Not only is this saving wear on my whip, the flag no longer moves with the collar, or wrap around the antenna except with the occasional cross-wind. It does stick up slightly higher than the antenna when I put my cover on, but I made a rounded cover to go over the flag mast so it doesn't poke through the cover. |
