I installed these on my 2010 and they look great! The clarity is better than the original plain glass mirrors I think, and the reduction in glare coming back at me on a sunny day is welcome relief. I don't ride at night anymore after hitting a deer, so I can't relate how they do with headlights. I love the yellow arrows flashing in sequence, very eye-catching...
My bike fell over and crushed the left original housing. Buying a new one and then having it painted to match would have cost a lot. I had seen chrome on another local bike so I ordered these. Replacement was a breeze, perfect fit and it really made the bike take on a new personality. I get compliments already and they have only been installed a week. This is a tremendous addition to any Goldwing. My Wing is a 2012 - Gen 2.
I hesitated on ordering these for years, finally just did it and very glad I did. Well made, easy to install and they look great. The sequential turn signals are a true yellow color, not the nasty Kuraykyn orangey color. I disconnected all the Kuryakyn turn signals I had installed, now all the turn signals are yellow and LED's. There was not even a need to read the instructions it was that easy, I just set about putting them on, worked the first time. I had already installed the LED turn signal flasher when I upgraded to all LED's so now I have a spare.
This phone holder seems to be expertly made and well fitted for my brand new Goldwing. It was very easy to install and taking the phone in and out of the holder is very easy! My phone feels very secure and tight in the holder.
This is an easy install. Just make sure you have the proper connector to hook to the trailer since it doesn't come with one. I used a 6 pin connector and had it ahead of time.
Just got this in and installed on the bike. Easy install, plug and play. Paired it with the 20S EVO and look mom no wires! The goldwing system does plug into the freewire, but after that everything is wireless to the headset.
(Shape - great, stiffness - I would prefer stiffer, the original is correctly deflected from the deflectors, F4 touched the deflectors, risk of scratches! You had to try different rubber pads for the gap to be accepted. I wonder why no one is writing about it, maybe I didn't get the proper pads?)
Just finished a 1000 ride with these. Work great & really helps to stretch out. I'm not too mechanically inclined so the install was tricky for me. Took a couple hours on one side; the other side went much quicker. Written instructions are near useless. The video is more helpful but I wish it was a little more complete. Took awhile to adjust both pegs to the same position & find one that I liked. Nice to have that adjustability though.
The LED's are a welcome upgrade to my F6B. I previously ran high output halogen bulbs which were a good improvement over stock. However, my experience was they last about seven thousand miles before burning out. So, my real concern here will be how long the LED's will last?? One gentleman on here said he has had the Pathfinder LED's for over 10K. I guess I will have to report back when they expire. In closing, the Pathfinders are well worth the initial investment, let's just keep an eye on the longevity piece.
They look great ! Very easy to put on
If you are a rider that wants to be seen, these are some lights you want to have. Many of my fellow Goldwinger's have ask about these light. They are definitely eye catching. (and we all know it is about not getting run over by a inattentive 4 wheeler.Though I looked at the Cruiseman install video multiple times, I did take a slightly different tactic on the install.. Overall a much cleaner install, even though it takes a bit more time. (personal preference for sure)I highly recommend the unit.. I have been advised that some states only allow 4 white lights on the front of a vehicle.
Both my wife and myself have a 2018 Goldwing with these lights installed. Both were installed following the video from Cruiseman as well as Big Bikes' installation guide. On BOTH of our bikes the right hand wire developed a short in the place where the wire feeds from the fork to the bike. Almost appeared as though turning the bikes' forks over time caused the short in the wire to develop. I really like the lights but they have some quality issues. If this problem occurs again I'll move on to a different brand.
