These are exactly what I needed to get away from small grips. Hopefully they hold up. Looks great on bike. Very easy to install. Just make sure to use denatured alcohol to clean your grips prior to install as instructed in instructions.
This is so easy to install. Great location on GW to use camera mount under Murrow.
Nice assortment of tools that will fit any emergency road needs - tools are of very good quality - they are heavy, so 4 out of 5 stars for motorcycle carrying - would recommend
First, let me say that, once properly installed, I believe these are the best looking and most sturdy riding pegs available for the 2018+ Gold Wing Tour. However, after having no problem installing the right riding peg, the two allen screws/bolts securing the slider mount to the main mount would not tighten up (screwed in extremely hard) to the point I thought I was going to break the heads off. I contacted Goldstrike/Ciro via phone and they suggested to simply add some oil and go ahead and try to tighten them up. While I was able to tighten one up, as I feared, the head of the second one broke off as I attempted to tighten it. I They were simply not threaded correctly in the left main mount. I contacted Goldstrike/Ciro via Email multiple times and, after two weeks, received a new left main mount which was properly threaded. The left riding peg then installed easily (as the right one had previously). If it hadn't been for the installation problem/delay/frustration I would have given these a five star rating.
I removed the Kuryakyn grips because they were way too large. I ordered these and am I glad I did. They went on fairly easily with hairspray on my 2008 GL1800. Just finished a 2300 mile trip and they were very comfortable. When it rained, the grips did not retain water. I'll order these again if and when they need replacement.
I purchased the Tridium LED Fog/Running/Driving Light Kit for F6B, GL1800, and for me, these were a no-brainer. I will not spend 249.00 dollars for the Fog/Running/Driving Light Kit and not buy these 14.95 items to protect them. Easy to install and like, the covers for my headlights will pay for themselves in the long run. Get them!
These Tridium LEG Fog lights are very bright and stand out even during the day in the Florida sun. At night they light up the road many, many feet in front of the bike. I also purchased the Chrome Lower Front Cowl, and that, along with these lights, changed the entire profile of the front of my 2012 Goldwing. I'm thrilled with both purchases.
This Chrome Lower Front Cowl changed the entire profile of the front of my 2012 Goldwing. I also replace my fog light with the Show Chrome fog lights. Very happy with my purchase, and it adds more "Bling to my bike"!
Bought for my2012 with a spoiler easy install I like the black. Looks great installed.
These are pieces of foam to help extend the life of the original grips or add a larger area for gripping due to arthritis/comfort. Installation: I read this from Wingstuff forum. Use Dawn dishwashing liquid to the inside of the foam grips and the exterior of the Honda originals. When you have applied both with Dawn the grips will slide right on. No worries. Now…I left my bike outside in the sun for 3 hours and the grips dried like concrete. If you don’t like them then cut them off with a utility knife using a hook blade. ✌️
I purchased a used GL1800 in January with 15000 miles on it. Now at 19000 and needs new tires. This exact set of tires was on the bike. And since I am not the original owner, I can only guess that the tires were original. I was happy with the stones that came with the bike so I decided to try a set from new. I considered Dunlop Elite 4 because I had them on my Kawasaki Concours and got great mileage out of them, but the price difference was just too great. I will probably try a set of Dunlops the next time so I can compare them against the stones fairly. Then stick with my choice from then on. I only have about 100 miles on the new stones, but all is well. Seemed to help in all aspects of handling. No surprise, as new tires always make a great improvement. Hopefully I get close to 20000 on them. We'll see.
Recently purchased centramatic wheel balancers for 2012 Honda Goldwing GL1800 that were highly recommended by other Goldwing riders. Very pleased with results. Quick and accurate delivery from Wingstuff, easy install (check out YouTube videos) and nice smooth ride. I am running Bridgestone 704/709s and am interested to see if tire life improves. Good purchase !
