I received fast delivery on these great fork springs. (Although I never received the shipping email). This is the second set I've installed on my GL1500. The last ones lasted 142000 miles and 31 years. Only slight sag, but I wanted to return the front end to the way it was. I rebuilt the forks, replaced the steering head bearings, and replace the springs. I know Progressive warranties these spring for life, but I felt they did their job and I just couldn't file a claim on the old ones. Well done Progressive.
With WingStuff Black Friday Sale... this oil is on sale so stock up now! Thanks WingStuff!
The only things these have going for them is the look. With that, the plates are the same so the right and left are uneven due to using the same drill holes, which are offset, on both sides. Next, and most annoying, they only go straight out. No adjustment to angle them in slightly, which means they will never be flush on the bottom of your foot. The reason your foot stays on is because the notches on the outside catch your boot from sliding off. Finally, there is no micro adjustment on how far they are. About an inch apart in mounting holes. Either barley too close or too close. I am 5’9” and they are barely close enough and mount way off set. If I made them closer, they would be way offset from the baseplate and engine and would look terrible and my knees would be too bent. Now I am out $350 because you can’t return them and who is going to buy them used for any more than half price?
These really dress up the front of the engine. It was very dark down there and these really light it up. Easy to install.Hopefully the tape holds.
This was easy to install with the included template. It really protects the front of the engine from debris.
Very easy to install.Look very good on the bike.Makes the feel of the pedal better for me.
Really improve the looks of the front of the bike.Easy install.Hopefully they continue to look good and stick on the bike.
Great fit on the 2013 Goldwing Trike. Material is good quality, easy to put on and take off. Shipping was very quick. I am happy with it.
I had zero issues with install of these speakers. took only a few hours going slow to put in and don't be intimidated by cutting the rear plastics. go slow and it's very easy. instructions are clear and correct.
This amp with the J&M front rear speakers are amazing. it's so loud I can't tell you how much better this is. The amp does take up some space in the saddle bag but I think it's more than worth it.
I understand how hard it must be to get sound like this from a small speaker. which the price reflects. these with out the amp are okay but you really need the J&M amp. I have a 18 bagger and put these infront and rear. Very clear and loud with the amp. you will need ear plugs at a stand still.
