| This shield looked like a high quality product right out of the box but there was a problem noted after installation. I have a 2021 Goldwing non-tour model which utilizes two (2) small wind deflectors at each side of the fairing under the shield. The F-41 shield made contact with the wind deflector on the drivers right side. I took a ride and the shield was rattling against the deflector. Wingstuff quickly issued a return authorization. The folks at F-41 later called and said that the braces which hold the shield are adjustable and that I would have been able to adjust the shield away from the wind deflector. The mechanics at my local shop said they have never heard that the braces are adjustable. If they are, then F-41 should put a slip of paper in the box making customers aware of this adjustability and how to make the adjustment. As such, I'm giving this shield 3 stars. |
| The install went fairly easy on my "19 DCT Tour. The amber turn signal lights are impressive. The white "running " lights are of a lower intensity when compared to the stock amber running lights. I can barely tell they re on during day light hours. |
| It is very bright. The running light helps add additional lighting to be seen while on the road. With the brake light flashing when you hit the brakes it helps people see that you are slowing down. Also with the turn signals added in it is another safety addition. I would recommend this to anyone with a Goldwing. Great item and easy to install. |
| This product did not fit on my handle bars on my 2006 GL 1800. They were rectangle , not round, the product is sound in quality and very strong. It could mount on the rear seat handgrips, but no one ever rides back there so useless for me up front seat style. |
| Installation was very easy. Quality product that works the first time you Turn them on. Safety feature on the running lights are very visible would highly recommend to purchase. |

| I bought one of these 2021 racks from WingStuff after my local dealer failed to follow-up on a sales lead from the Honda Powersports website.The rack was priced $40 less and promptly arrived at my doorstep. I downloaded instructions from Honda and was able to install the rack myself. I did not include the additional brake light.The installation procedure is not so much difficult as it is time consuming. What stands out to me as the most difficult part is the reattachment of the trunk lid which must be removed to install heavy duty dampers for the extra weight of the rack. You may need a second pair of hands for that step. Keeping the holes aligned while getting the bolts started is tricky. Difficulty two is remembering where the approximately 50 assorted screws, bolts and fasteners go when reassembly begins. Don't be daunted by the number though. Most of the screws are identical so it is just a matter of putting them where they go rather than remembering sizes. I used the mounting instructions in reverse order to make sure I didn't forget the screw locations.For the '21 model no drilling on the lid is required for the rack installation. It is just a matter of removing the factory inserts from the lid and replacing them with rubber rack inserts. The new inserts are a snug fit. Work deliberately with liquid soap for lubrication and closely inspect your work to ensure a proper fit.I am not chrome afficiando so that aspect of this product doesn't flip my trigger. However, I am pleased with the overall fit and finish. The kit includes interior support for the heavier lid in addition to the stronger dampers. I am confident the rack will fulfill the purpose for which it is designed. |
| I totally wasted $73. I cleaned everything thoroughly. I lined up everything perfectly. I made sure that my garage was 70 degrees. The stripes wouldn't stick. The stripes folded over and tore. I am very dissatisfied. |
