| It's a solid mount for your phone. The perch mount does not allow you to fully get the phone out of the way of your right hand side controls and does not allow you to position the phone where I really want it for maximum viewing. All that said, not sure there are any better alternatives. |
| I purchase the Goldstrike Ciro left side cup holder (for 2018+ goldwings) and I like it. Easy to install and works well. You are able to swing the ball to the front of the bike to get the cup holder out of the way of your controls. The hardest part is making sure the tab of the perch mount goes into the Honda slot and you don't crush your wires. It's a little finicky. Takes all of 15 minutes requires a Phillips head screw driver. |
| Had to bend the supplied brackets to get it to fit right, even though supposedly this problem has been fixed. Doesn't fit exactly flush with the bottom of the forward cowling, unless maybe I bend the brackets again some more, which I'm not going to do. But anyway it's basically almost invisible from a standing position. I suppose it will do the job if necessary. A bit thin, but that's a trade off for decreased weight as opposed to the Traxxion skid plate. Note: I was able to get the right side bracket on without removing any plastic, but had to take off some of the trim to rethread the engine guard bolt on the left side. But maybe someone might have skinnier fingers than I do. |
| Like that it cleans with a paper towel and windex. Tried the tinted +4 version but did not like it. I suspect it was because of my self-tining glasses combined with the windshield made it too dark. Swapped for a clear +4 version and like it much better. |
| The speakers fit and sound perfect. It's an excellent upgrade from stock speakers. I would highly recommend them to other Goldwing riders. |
| Purchased for my 2010 gl1800 trike. Works perfectly. Straw makes it convenient when you're wearing a modular helmet. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good cup and easy attachment. |
| I agree with many other reviews: Positives: It makes it very easy to put my 2016 GL1800 on and off the center stand! Negatives: The welds are sloppy and not complete. I expected a chrome look and it is more like silver powder coating. Honda attachment hardware is put on with Locktite and makes removal very difficult on left side. The bolts seem unnecessarily long. Bottom line is I would buy it again! |
| These are just awesome. What an improvement over the stock suspension. I had leaking fork seals and decided to upgrade the suspension while I had the bike apart. The bike would almost bottom out the stock suspension under braking. Now it doesn't dive at all under heavy braking. The ride is a lot smoother also. Smooths out even the bumpiest of roads. Best improvement I have done to my bike. I had previously replaced the rear shock with one from Traxxion. This just completes the package. Definitely recommend. |
| Great Honda factory quality, but I give it four stars only because one of the parts was the wrong size. My bike is a 2003 so it is right in the middle of the years these are for. The bushing sent with the kit for the bottom of the upper fork tube was not correct. I don't know if it got packaged by accident or what happened. My original ones were in good shape, so I just re-used them. Otherwise I had no complaints. I would have called for a replacement, but I wanted to get the bike back together and I didn't really need them since mine were still good. I would still recommend, just compare the parts to the forks before disassembly. |
| This sound quality is fantastic even with the upgraded speakers on the 29s Evo. I hope this lasts long term as my 20s would not hold a charge and I changed the battery and it will die in a day on standby…this appears to be better but is the dead of winter so time will tell. RevZilla had these at a great price and WingStuff matched and even beat their prices so I got a great seat. I was a little disappointed when I receive the boxes that appear to have been opened previously and had a different kind of tape pulling it close to put the Contacts looked fine. |
