This simply looks awesome. Not too much, just right. |
This frame area is THE one item that you can't help but notice. You'll either notice the stock dull grey or this chrome beauty. It just simply changes the looks of the side of the Wing for the better. It gives the Wing an extremely custom classy elegant look. It is very much worth the money. A must have for sure. |
Great armrest. They look like they are part of the bike instead of something that was slapped on. The pad isn't all the soft but it is very comfortable. Probably will last longer than if it was really soft. The drink holder is great. The only thing I disliked about them is that you have to pull or push both outwards before you can open the trunk. We have gotten use to it and don't give it a lot of thought anymore. I say this as a joke but I really think they would help keep your passenger on the bike when they fall asleep on this smooth running beauty. |
Nice surprise Xmas gift from the wife. Was our first major installation to our recently purchased 2003 GW. Installation simplified by info available www.goldwingfacts.com even had a video available. "Honda was very cheap on cable lengths" for a few pennies more they could have added an inch or two. That would have made for easier install. Antenna install was very smooth. |
I have a 2007 Wing. Most of the lights are the clear variety. I bought these to "keep the faith". |
I have this, but use red lighted switches. All my rotorcover lighting, use these switches via a relay. |
My wife misses her old armrest's. The KURYAKYN aren't cushy, like the one's we had before. But the drink holder is a positive for her. * The cushy armrest we had before, needed to be re-upholstered, after only 3 years. |
My trunk/saddlebag lighting looks CHROME when the key is turned off. But with the key on, the LED's shine. Really nice. The trunk lighting doubles as an additional set of brake lights. Very nice, grabs everyone's attention. |
The Transformer board completes the look. There is certain comfort for my passenger. I don't ever fold mine up. I see no advantage of that. I like my bike to look inviting. And...it's CHROME! |
Once I had the floorboards, I had to have the chrome kickstand. It looked funny without it. I love the xtra CHROME! |
I've been a stock rubber peg guy for 30+ years. Just last week, had the KURYAKYN floorboards put on. The heel/toe shifter was really different feeling. I'm pretty used to it now, 4 days and 250 miles later. VERY comfortable. Many places to set your feet. WHY? Why didn't I listen? |
Bought them from the local Honda dealer thought I would get a better deal for the Install? "NOT" buy them from wingstuff better price and if you're handy do it your self. |
