They are very nice and my wife loves them as well, I've had them on now for about 3mo and the left side has become a little loose but it's easy to retighten once you loosen the allen key on the bottom just add some grease to it when you do for a tight but smooth opperation. i also moved the cup holder to the left side and installed the butler mug to the right and am very happy with it really gives the bike a great look |
Don't be suprised when you get the 3104 that they do not look at all like the picture...simply take each one, pull it apart then insert the pin in the opposite end. I guess the Chineese were playing a trick on us stupid Americans! |
I've heard riders say this is an old mans accessory. But I commute to work while it's usually dark, and the freeeways into the LA area are full of a lot of sleepy/cell phone impaired drivers. These lights really get a lot of looks, and being seen is critical on a bike. Plus I like the way they look. |
Honda should install these at the factory. The bike looks naked without them. |
Looks nice, fits nice. I'd like to be able to tilt it back to change the angle a bit. I feel too pushed forward. Lucky for me it's on my wifes bike. |
Installed the EC Spoiler Light yesterday. Everything looked good hooking the EC Light up per instructions. Hardest part of the whole install is just "fishing" the wirng harness from the front of the trunk own to the rear fender area to make the turn signal connection, not hard at all. Very effective light as it comes from Electrical Connection. I removed my Kisan 25LED-D Tailblazer (Spoiler Stop Light flasher and running light conversion)from the system before I installed the EC Spoiler Light as the two are not comaptibile. Purchased a Kisan 200GW from Wingstuff and Spliced it into the short Red/Green wiring harness that comes with the EC Spoiler Light and velcroed it to the top inside of the trunk lid. The Stop Light modulation in the Spoiler light is just as effective with the EC light as it was with the OEM Spoiler Light and the 25LED-D model. The turnsignal functions do not confuse the issue at all. I'm very pleased with the modification! Nice Work Lewis! |
GREAT product, the fit is flawless, and the cover is soft enough to protect the finish around the ignition, and it prevents your remote from sliding... I HIGHLY recommend this to any Winger! I wish I had TWO Goldwings so I had a reason to order another one!....LOL |
The make an incredible difference on the back of the bike. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I would. Of course you will want to get the trunk grills too! For this price, you really get a big bang for your buck. See my photo gallery for before and after pics and decide for yourself. |
I had the dealer throw these in when I purchased the bike. Great item and reportedly comfortable from the passenger's standpoint. I like these better because they swing out so the passenger can get on and off easier. Plus, sometimes my girlfriend moves them out of the way for a little break on the long ride. Swing them out before opening the trunk. No brainer. Heavy duty. |
These were on the bike when I purchased it. I really like them a lot. The more functional light at night the better. They look great! I would have added them if they weren't already on. See my photo gallery. |
Heavy duty pieces. Attach very easily and give it a nice shine. I wasn't convinced that they would make that big a difference but they do. See my photo gallery. |
Upper and lower vents look great. I like the touch they add to my cockpit. Pop in, pop out. They just show the water spots more. See my photo gallery. |
