| Instructions said use blocks of wood to hold up trunk, when in fact the two foam packing pieces are purpose designed for that job. Make sure u stretch the template before taping down. Mark holes exact and dig deep with very sharp tool or tip of drywall screw. I started with 1/16 inch bit, then worked up to 1/4 inch. When drilling, new bits help and note that the 3 protrusions are parallel to each other in the horizontal plane and fit pointing slightly downward. Did not have the 8mm bit so just carefully worked the 1/4 bit to enlarge. 5/16 is too big and 9/32 may be closer. Tightened carefully the screws for a snug flush fit, top and bottom. You then shud have a non-flimsy add-on. Actually seems to reinforce the flexible trunk lip. For a piece of lightweight plastic looks and works great. |
| Product is exactly as advertised. Easy install. Wife helped to hold in place on one side which made the install easier. Rubber mudflap portion is nice and flexible. |

| Great looking when back on instead of that daul gray piece. I also installed the OEM fog lights at the same time , what a differance with the fog lights at night. Cutting the plugs out was not bad, if you use a dremel tool with a cutting disc and cut them from the back, you never would know that there was plug installed. |
| I just installed my Vertical Hitch yesterday. I emailed CWOLAW for his assembly instructions and they worked great. It would have been a mother bear if I had not had them. Just a note. Leave all of the bolts loose until you have all the pieces in place. It is the only way it will line up properly. Overall the hitch is top shelf. Very sturdy and well constructed. Lood forward to pulling my new Piggybacker with it on my trip to Alberta this summer. |
| Installed these today and thought they were of high quality. Installation instructions are bad. Could never get the screw to work for the inside bracket and really think it is necessary. I imagine a lot of people give up on that and discard it. Have read a lot of discussion as to whether to buy the Honda metal covers or these ABS covers. I can't see putting the heavy metal covers on when the caliper cover from OEM is also made of chrome ABS. Took about 2 hours to install. |
| I ORDERED MY HELMET BAG FROM J.C.WHITNEY WHICH IS SIMILAR TO THIS ONE JUST HAS A COUPLE OF EXTRA POCKETS. BUT VERY CLOSE TO THIS ONE. LIKE IT VERY MUCH. |
| had these installed right away but the dealer,s shop could not hide the wiring which made me very disatisfide. |
