Relitivly easy to install and works excellent with available top luggage bag. Do purchase star washers for install. True it is a little harder to wax and clean underneath, but for the look and shine it is worth a little extra effort. Much nicer then the plain pipe racks.
I tried to put off this purchase rationalizing I really could use my hiway pegs. BUT after a trip to the east coast and a hiking accident that broke my left foot there was no way to ride home 1600 miles without a heel toe shifter, so that was reason enough to splurge and get the floor board kit. I have never regretted it sense. The one comment that big feet wont fit is correct, but being a 11 1/2 myself it was an easy fix. Leave off the little front shift bullet and just step on the shift arm itself. Works great, easy to use and my big feet fit perfectly on the floor board. A common sense remady of a small flaw of otherwise perfectly designed product. PS They look great to!
Perfect OEM looking item and a must have. Easy to install and wireing plug is right behind panel, red 3 pin plug. I love the red light, much like aircraft lighting red does not hinder night vision/ I also installed heated grips and they connected to back of volt gauge saving running wires to battery. With addition of PIAA lights, and grips and other accessories on this gauge tells true story of power output and useage in real time. A must have on any bike, but even more so when additional electrical accessories are added.
Beautify OEM looking product. Easy to install (yes even cutting the seat, follow instructions and it is a no brainer) The only item to make cross country trips tolerable! Plus so easy for riders to get on and off, unlike many of the other bar type back rests. This is the caddilac of back rests and is only fitting to be installed on a Gold Wing, much like Mastercard...Priceless!
What to say, Perfect. Rain fly keeps contents dry in the rain, easy on and off, looks good and holds a lot. Enough said!
For the price you can not go wrong. I always carry the bike cover in there. Kind of fragile but with care it works perfect, for the price it is excellent.
Excellent inexpensive throttle boss. Fit perfectly on my new heated grips. Installs in seconds and appears to hold solidly. For the price you can not go wrong!
Fit good and easy to install. Only issue was Honda OEM metal key ring us not reusable. Easy to find another universal key ring to connect remote to keys. But for the price it will keep the remote from damage when/if it gets droped and protects my beautiful wood grain dash from scratches. Cheap insurance!
If you've got chrome saddlebag trim, your bike will look naked without this.

These look great and in my opinion a Goldwing doesn't look complete without them, especially if you've added a lot of chrome. Installation, however, was a real pain in the neck. Kuryakyn's instructions don't really work (you need to figure out which bolts go where partly on your own) but it is doable. Some reviewers claim that the metal Hondaline rotor covers look better but these plastic covers are *identical* in shape and form and look plenty good enough for me. |
Great little touch of chrome to the bottom of rear fender.
Quick and easy way to make the bottom of those passenger boards look great when up. Kuryakyn chrome has to be some of nicest chrome on the market.
