| I bought these to be able to use them in the Fairing pocket rivet replacements. However they are not the same ones used. Description is vague and does not mention that. I should have read the review by BIGBOB on 9/14/07 and would have known that. I assume they will work some where on the fairing, but I do not know where...thus the reason for 2 stars. |
| This is a great product. Compact and has various connections to use. However, be cautious about plugging it into your bike phone charger. The aux 12v DC connector I have installed from Hondaline and sold by Wingstuff warns about hooking anything above 3 amps. This air compressor requires up to 10 amps. Best to use the direct battery pigtail in using it. You could use it in your car 12v source plug though. |
| I received my voltmeter today and installed it. It took about an hour to get it fully installed, included drilling and reassembling panel. The plug for the meter is directly to the left. Initially, I thought it was the big white plug, but it is a single red plug under a rubber cover, about 2 inches to the left and beside the big white plug. Easy to plug in and install. Works perfectly and exactly as the instructions says. Red light, rather than a white light, is strange, but it works and is very visible at night and in day time. Maybe the red light is better to read it during the day. Runs when ignition is on and on ACC mode. |
| I got the tall clear with a vent. It was easy to put on. I was at the Honda Dealer and tried to ask a mechanic for some tips. He said "pay me $80 and I'll install it". If I were to buy it from the dealer it would be over $100 more and then add $80 for installation! I should have replaced it long ago. I installed it to help sell it. |
| Works great but the allen screw backs out. Its hard to get it tight the right size allen wrench must be a odd size. |

| I just received this from UPS. It is cheap and looks like a crackjack toy. Would not ever pay more than $10.00 for it again. Really taken on this one. |

| Very nice looking. Must remember two thing here: 1. Always swing out when opening the trunk. 2. Never allow rider to use them as a brace for getting on and off. Your passenger will love them! |

Wingstuff has this priced great but still a little pricey for old technology. Not Wingstuff fault. Installation takes a little time, be patient and cautious. Shelter of front needs to be removed but once removed very easy to just plug in. Very nice integration with other electronics on GW. |
| Adds shine to that part of the bike and protects the cowl pretty well. Need a little help though the the double stick tape. Could be a little better |
