Nice piece! It is true...the install is very easy. I think it is amazing that three small pieces of double sided tape hold this cover on...but they do. The center inspection cover is a replacement item, so no tape there, just off with the old and on with the new. Thumbs up for fit, finish and ease of installation!
I'm short,5'6", so maybe that is why this backrest works well for me as a rider. However, my wife, as a passenger, does not like it at all. She complains that the backrest frame makes her keep her legs out too far to be comfortable on longer rides. I guess she is right since the frame does indeed seem to do this. The answer may be to mount a different style backrests...one without a frame. Anyway, I found the install to be time consuming but pretty straight forward. The unit also seems well made. Take it for what it is and how you think your passenger will like the riding style created by the wide frame.
This handle fits...and it looks right. Honda gives you a template to drill the holes and the install is pretty straight forward. I like it! Thumbs up!
WOW! Just great quality products. Why buy anything else? Thumbs up!
Yeah, we all know what a PIA it is to get to this filter, so do yourself a favor and just put in the best filter made and forget about it for a while. I take advantage of the fact that as these K&N filters get more dirty they actually filter better! I run them in all my motorcycles and cars. Thumbs up!
Man, their stuff is so well engineered and made. My wife and I both love ours. Don't hold back...buy the best! Thumbs up!
Very nice addition to the front fender. Looks good and blocks a whole bunch of junk from getting onto your lower cowl. However, do yourself a favor and remove the fender before mounting the extension...it will make the mounting so much more easy. Thumbs up!
Sharp looking - wife loves it. What more can I say.
I purchased the lighted boards. Not happy with the directions or with how the wiring for the boards was done. Other than that, the boards look great. Probably would have been easier and quicker to just throw the instructions away. Trying to find a way to hide the wiring was interesting. Ended up using little sticky tabs with wire channels off of a Sirius Radio kit to hide the wires underneath.
Going on my 3rd rear and 2nd front for my 2006 Wing. These are some of the best wet weather tires I've ever had on a bike and a great all-round touring tire. I got about 18K miles out of the first front tire and hope this new 2nd one does as well. Once they wear down, they will "hum" in the corners....I just keep an eye on em, turn up the radio and keep on bikin'. Stones all the way for this bike and rider.
amazing Look but I too had trouble getting them to stay on...the crazy glue is a great fix
