Excellent quaility, simple simple install (use a 1 inch plastic puddy knife with a soft eye glass style piece of material over the edge of the knife to prevent any scratches when installing) they work as advertised and can't wait for cool weather to FEEL THE HEAT, maybe its just me but they do NOT interfere with my kuryakan highway pegs mounted on the engine bar, too expensive but what isn't?
What beautiful piece of workmanship! I am in the precision fabrication business and it is high quality. I love the Dzus 1/4 turn fasteners. The directions were easy. I bought it at Wing Ding in the WingSuff booth.
Seemed to be a little thin in the stainless steel department. No instructions, had a little problem getting the front part to catch. The fasteners did not line up and not the best of quality for something at this price.

Far, far too expensive for what amounts to a Big Gulp and mount. I filled 'er up with hot coffee on my way from San Diego to Monterey for the Red Bull Grand Prix. My coffee was cold before I got out of SD County. Bummer. However, I filled up with ice and bug juice on the 15/395 interchange and I still had ice when I arrived in Monterey. If I could do it again, I would find an old RAM mount and bolt/zip tie a Big Gulp to it with a long tube. That would have saved me $40. |
worst tire i ever bought .... was good for about 4k miles then the cupping started. i check air presures 2-3 times a week so they had proper pressures. these tires might be better if you only ride 1 up im not sure i got the bike new with bridgestones i am going back to them with only 5100 mile on the avons never going to run avons again very disapointed in these tire especially what you pay for them.
I only ride on weekends due to work so unit is in the garage and hooked to the bike during the week. I ran the leads out the left side area just in front of the saddle bag. It does show unless I push it in too far, but not a problem. Works great and battery is always ready to go when I get home.
My wife loves them. Piece of cake to install--just have to go slow and mark things carefully. I ordered the chrome moldings. Just as careful and drill slowly. Templates work real well but measure twice and mark the holes once!
Great cup and easy to install. They are sturdy and do not jiggle around when riding. I was short one mounting bolt but the hardware store quickly remedied that problem. Must have been Harley rider that thought he would screw up this Gold Winger as the bolt included was American Standard instead of metric. A good buy!
Bought this for my 94 and it fits fine. Best buy so far!
Saved my butt, found myself just out of tow range with a flat rear. Had to mess with the first plug I tried as it didn't release out the tip, maybe it was too dry but the second attempt worked great. I'm still riding on the tire, trying to figure out when I can get it fixed and it's still holding fine after a week, check the pressure everyday and no loss so far, maybe it's time to get one of those pressure monitors:))
Instruction were lacking but not that hard to figure out what went where. Look great on the bike and I am happy with the heel to toe shifter but took a little while to get used to. The brake side took a couple tries to get the right height for braking. Still I would recommend them to anyone.
They look great and a good seal when done. Everyone loves the Eagle on top adds more zing to the bike.
