Stainless steel - nice! I too purchased them from WS before the new stainless steel set came out from Centramatic. I am wondering if WS can arrange with Centramatic a free exchange for those that wish to have the stainless steel? Fantastic ride - super!
I ordered a few of these work great double side tape sticks well good lite output wire length about 3 feet. Also ordered the new cluster led light it is brighter and has a sleeve on the wires.
Remarkable and dashing! I am a bit skeptical about the tape holding but time will tell. They really look great, and add a lot to the side view of the bike. I definitely like more chrome!
As mentioned by others, a drimmel tool is a snap to remove the plugs for fog lights. A utility knife or other blade runs the risk of scarring the outer surfaces. Really looks nice!
Wow! These look great and very, VERY glad I bought the Hondaline version. Parked next to a another Wing sporting another brand, and it was easy to spot the real chrome over the chromed plastic version. Clean or dirty, these roter covers really stand out and they bring more pizzaz to the front end!
Got these as part of a Christmas gift package, but just got around to installing them. They look great and the installation was super easy.

Looks amazing on the bike. Lower profile is very appealing. Instructions were easy to follow, install was a snap 20 mins. Would recomend!!! |
I know that there are a lot of people wishing they had waited to buy these things now that they are stainless steel. I ordered mine and they were sold out and ended up getting the new ones. that being said I know they work good because of all the reviews and now they look great. they even look better than the pictures indicate. glad i got lucky and got the new ones
Easy to install and what an improvement to the handling and the ride. I didn't tell my wife that I bought them and the first time she was on the bike after they were installed she asked me why the ride was so smooth.
Although skeptical, I purchased this filter prior to a cross country ride. As soon as the filter arrived I examined it and thought the "O" ring design would be the weak link. I serviced my bike and after removing my old oil filter I realized that due to the length of the new filter and the included tool which slides over the end of the filter and is required to torque the filter to specification, the lower cowl needed to be removed. I followed the directions, torqued the filter, started my bike and the filter immediately leaked. So it was my experience is that this lifetime filter lasted about 10 seconds.
The sound is pretty tame considering what I had expected. Of course if I had wanted it to sound like a Harley I would have bought one to start with. I have logged around 500 miles since my purchase and am very disappointed that the tips are starting to "pit" very badly. I noticed a lot of condensation from the exhaust but never expected this problem especially with the price paid for these pipes.

I didn't buy these directly through Wingstuff, but I have my Honda Dealer do so. They buy a great deal of their stuff through Wingstuff. These are worth 5 times their weight in gold. This is as about as close to a heater and A/C you can get on a motorcycle. I called Baker about needing the little rubber bump pad that the wing will rest on and not rub your paint. They were very open to start including them in their lowers as well as the upper. We don't get much cold weather in Texas but to be able to deflect that radiator exhaust on to my legs is awesome. My wife said the uppers under the mirror blocks about 90% of the wind that used to hit her in the face. She loves them. |
