Easy install. You should know that there's a ball bearing and a spring on the old ones you will need. The spring is inside the hole. Careful and not lose either one of them. You should also make sure they work before you put them on the bike they should click up and down. I had to pull one off because it would not do that. 20 minute install if all goes well. These are beautiful, Stylish, and functional. Oh the girlfriend will love them also.
5 stars so far because as always the service i get form wing stuff..got it put on today.. the first thing is to loosen windsheil locks . i missed that on the video & did not read inst. #1 ok without that screws are to short..do #1 lol. it looks great i will let you know in 6 months how it holds up. i got the standard size because i live in the south and ride at night the windsheil will fog up in the creek bottoms when it is cool in a second . i have to see over it to be safe.. putting everthing that someone told we that would stop it is what messed up my first windsheil.remember do #1
this product looks great on the bike. however, I have to apply the state license plate sticker annually and it is next to impossible to take this apart. the top bolts come out without any problems but trying to loosen the small screws holding the backing in place is a bear without stripping the screws. I can't torture myself like this every year so I will have to switch to another type.....
I suspect this will be a short-lived cover. It's very light weight and it has no protection from the antenna. I'm going to try some awning repair tape to keep the antenna from poking through. The cover fits snugly.
I only use the OEM brake pads. I've tried others and they never live up to OEM. Aftermarket pads are noisy, grab and wear fast. It's worth the extra $$$ for Honda OEM pads.

Well ladies and gents, After quite a bit of night driving in lots of incredibly dark mountainous, canyon, and valley type roads, here's my take on these. As stated in my earlier rating, a good kit, with high quality processing etc. As far as light output, I'm giving it about a 3 out of 5. The light, if aimed just a bit downward, is good and lights up the immediate area in front of the bike and a bit to the sides. If, you aim them parallel with the ground, it dispurses very quickly and the headlights wash it out rapidly. I like them very much. I really like how they look in there and the effects of them in the daylight are worth the purchase. Hope this helps some. Scott |
She love the floor boards. I gave it 3 stars because in a short time I have lost 2 of the rubber pieces while riding. They are not attached very well. How do I get replacement pads and after the price of the boards they should be free, right.
Kudos to Bridgestone and goodbye wobble! 9300 miles of superb handling wet and dry twistie roads. Very quiet even close to the wear limits. I've tried Dunflops, and Avons. Neither comes close to the performance of this tire!. Just ordered another one.
Easy to install. I have one for each reservoir. Mostly use them to control my lizard lights so i can turn them on at nite and off during the day and having the L E D switches are really a nice touch.
Nice hitch but would have to agree with everyone else. Alittle over priced and the direction would be a whole lot better with pictures.

As other have noted, this is an excellent quality product that is easy to install. What surprised me the most was the comfort. My back actually feels better after a ride than it did before. I suffered a broken back about 15 years ago and occasionally still struggle with some pain. I've found that this back rest provides enough support that if I can get on the bike to ride, 30 minutes makes my back pain disappear. At 6'1" and 190 the middle position provides the support I need and still leaves space for my favorite passenger. |
