I looked alot at all the back rests, im sure happy to have the internet now, because i can read all of you good folks reviews. I decided to buy this back rest because of all the great reviews it got. I am not disapointed, this is a very nice back rest, I did have to bent the bar going thru the seat abit more so that it didn't wrinkle the seat where it comes out. After that was done, i was home free, it looks great, and only took about 30 minutes to do the whole job, including the bend adjustment. I'll enjoy this ALOT. |

We purchased the set of three for our 2008 1800 along with a new set of tires just before leaving for a 5,ooo mile trip. The previous set of OE tires showed terrible cupping within the first 5,000 miles. I now have over 7,000 miles on the new tires with no indications of cupping what so ever!! Our trip was very smooth and I experienced cornering like never before. I am sold on the Centramatic Balancers and recommend them ever chance I get. |

Rack is a great add on !! Looks great. 2 years the chrome is peeling! The bike is always garaged and waxed. Kuryakyn has no answer or even try to replace. Warranty period is over!! DONT THEY MAKE A STAINLESS STEEL!!!!! It would be worth the extra bucks. |
| Larger in person then they seem in the photo. I thought it may be to small but it was just right. Better then the Kury ones as the chrome is running in the correct direction. |
| Harder to install than what I was expecting. Had trouble with the ones towards the trunk hinge. Once installed, they do make the trunk more difficult to close but when closed, the whole trunk assembly seems more solid. |
| Really looks nice. Install was a frustrating at times getting all of teh holes lined up. Now I'm goingto have to purchase a fender extender to keep all of the debris and road grime of the cowl. |
| All I can say is that this thing adds class. I was going to add a luggage rack. After installing the spoiler, I sat the rack on the trunk to see how it would look. The next thing I did was to check the Wingstuff return policy. I liked the rack but not enough to have it distract from the spoiler. We will just pack light when we travel. Safety and looks can't be beat!! |
| This is the biggest peice of sh-t I have ever tried to in stall on my 2001 wing. After three hours of trying to get the front mounts lined up I took it back off and put bike back togather.I would give this a-0000 if I could. I wasted 5 hours of my time and the money that I spent scene you can not return product after you opened it. and the instructions are worthless also |
| bought it summer 2011, lost on I-55 north of jackson ,Ms on a trip from the gulf coast about 85 mph, great look love the way it illuminate. just reorder 022/09/12.extra adhesive tape needed for extreme high temps above 98 and index at 105, causes adhesive to give and winds at hwy speeds to give. I hate to buy the same product twice. |
| YEP I'M GIVING THIS ONE A 5-SO WHAT CAN BEAT CHROME STEEL FOR A VALVE STEM ON A BIKE/TRIKE OR CAR ??? NO FLEXING IS NEEDED- BECAUSE IT DOES CAUSE PROBLEMS- IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN- GREAT PRODUCT- SO GO GET SOME- YOU WANT BE SAD LOL.FOR YOUR RIMS ??? |
| I had to replace a tire due to road damage, this tire had the Dyna beads in it and they did keep the tire in balance as stated. The only thing that I did see when the tire had been removed was that the wheel or rim which ever you prefer to call it had some etching marks plus a little showing on the valve stem. This caused me to think of what might happen with continue use over a long period of time. I’m trying a different type of beads in the new tire but I’m still running the Dyna beads in the other tire so I can get some comparison between the two. As of now both tire are in balance and the only different is the beads in the older tire fall to the bottom after stopping for any length of time. |
