Installation was OK and it works fine. On a trip it had to set out in an overnight rain, IT GOT RUSTY in the grooves in the heel and toe pedals BECAUSE THOSE PIECES ARE NOT CHROMED (?). Kury replaced them N/C but should not have the problem to start with. I had to make an extension for the side stand because the heel pedal obscures the side stand and makes it almost impossible to lower the stand. Kury should include a part to install on the side stand

Put front and rear Cobras on 17K miles ago. I had a nail in the rear and replaced it with another Cobra insted of repair. It had 3/32 at the wear bar and I would have gone a while longer and done front and rear at the same time. Yes it was cupped and made some noise in sweeping turns but that only seemed to become really noticeable the last 3K miles I'd guess. Have always run 41 front and rear and put the cetramatics on at about 2K into their run. I check other guys tires all the time to see how my wear might compare to theirs and comparisons have always been in favor of my Cobras. Great tire and I'll stay with them as long as no-one else has something magical. Todays ride was totally SMOOTH. |
Easy install. Wife loves the position. Great quality.
This review follows my one on 3/23/12. I install a new Michlien on the front at same time. As of 700 miles I do not see the great WOW except the hole in my wallet. I am a machinist and do a lot of balancing at work. I was sketic about this product and do not feel anything better than a good weight balance. Freinds told me not to add to a used tire because the tire may be out of balance due to the weight method. My reply was "I thought this was such a great balancer"
I bought the airhawk for myself because I was having hard seat issues with one of my large bore cruisers. I have a custom seat for that bike that still wasnt solving my problems. The seat paid for itself with the elimination of the vibrations and monkey butt. Since the airhawk is transferrable I also used it on my Goldwing. I have had two hip surgeries and cannot take vibration or any pressure to my hip for any length of time. With the use of this product I just finished riding the 48. I have had the product for several years now and on this last ride I forgot to remove the seat from the sun while I attended an event. When I returned the air inside had heated and caused the pad to swell. When I sat on the pad a seam in the front came loose. I went to a SCUBA shop and got some "Aqua Seal" that allowed a repair on the spot. This is a great product that I cannot give enough accolades too. I can say you won't be disappointed. I, like another reviewer, normally remove my airhawk when not using it to prevent theft and prolong the useful life. The airhawk cover has lasted many many years without needing replacement probably due to me not leaving it unattended in the sun. I also bought the airhawk pillion seat for my wife since I do have the Utopia backrest installed. I will not hesitate to spend the money again to buy another Airhawk once I have squeezed every ounce of useful life out of the one I have now. I can tell you I have had my Airhawk since 2004 and never had an issue until last week. I can ride very long distances daily when touring only because of this seat. Without the airhawk my days of riding would be coming to an untimely end.
I liked this shirt because they had it in both mens and womens.. Bought it for both myself and my wife. It is a little thin but this could be good in that you could wear it even when the weather starts to get a little warm.

I used these when I put on the new Bridgestones. Rode 1200 miles on I 75, Blue Ridge Parkway, Deals Gap and back home on I 75. Most of the trip was in less than favorable weather (wet!!!!). I could not tell any difference in the ride from the traditionally balanced Dunlops to the Bridgestones with the Dyna Beads. If the tire wear is as improved as stated in other reviews, I will do the same thing the next time I need to change tires. The best thing about this set up is that our local Honda dealer wanted over $400 to order the Bridgestones and then extra to mount and balance the tires. I spent $299 for the tires and $14 for the Dyna Beads and $21 for a Harbor Frieght motorcycle bead breaker. 2 hours later and I have new tires on my 08 wing. |
I replaced the original Dunlops on my 08 wing with these Bridgestones. I purchased Bridgestones for my wife's SUV and was impressed with their handling and ride. Decided to give thes a try. These did not disappoint me. Just returned from 4 days on the Blue Ridge and Deals Gap. Most of the time was wet and cold. Im still impressed. I used the Dyna Beads and at 70mph the ride was smooth.
I purchased these to go with my HJC helmets with the J&M Elite 629 series headsets. However you have to pay ALOT for these cords, where IMHO they SHOULD BE INCLUDED, or sold at a much lower rate! For God's sake, it's a cord! Like I said, just MY opinion, and if you read the reviews, I'm NOT alone! Otherwise good product, works well, great sound! 3 Stars for price!
I purchased this set of liners thinking that since they were thin it would fit better with my real cold weather gloves and provide a little more comfort... WRONG... they provide no additional comfort or extra protection from the cold....
wow! this is a million dollar product for 10 bucks. No more slipping & sliding on hot days when riding bare handed. These help me with low speed throttle control too. Nice product and more than worth the money.
Added these and the chrome battery side cover this mornimg. They went on easily and look great. Totla time was less than 30 minutes on the whole project and sure shines up that area of the bike.
