| This is a nice bag that offers good protection for the helmet without being too bulky to store. It has a slot on the bottom so you can run a theft protection cable inside and through the D-rings on your helmet. It's a good thing I bought two of them because I lost one 03/23/2012 on I-8 somewhere between the Golden Acorn Casino and El Centro, CA. I had it tucked behind my cooler bag on the rear seat and it just blew away. Whoops. I'll be replacing it with my next order of important Wing stuff. This would be a good, inexpensive, all-occasion gift. |
| I had these installed today at JBJ Cycles in Santa Ana (thanks Neil). I had installed a Corbin Seat and it lowered me and moved me back. My arms were straight. With these MBL Risers I am now where I was but also higher. I think that with the higher bars I am more sure in my handling at slow speeds (2 - 5 mph). |
| so easy to install and ads a good amount of bling. |
| Love this! so simple, easy and inexpensive. A great attention getter. |
| Put this on and it's perfect, easy to clean and yes already hit a bird and no damage. A must buy for all!! |
| PUT THEESE ON AND REALY MADE THE AREA LOOK A LOT BETTER. DIDN'T LIKE THE OLD GRAY ONES |

Ihave been a VIP member for some time and during that period I purchased many, many items from Wing Stuff and I have always been 100% satisified until now. I read the many reviews on this product and made a dicision that many of then problems may have been owner error in the installitation, but In was WRONG! I decided to take a chance since these look so nice and provide protection. I am not like most Gold Wing owners. All of the parts I purchase I take to my local Honda dealer for installiation for several reasons. When I bought these and several other items I took them to the Honda dealer as usual and they installed all of the items. Approximately 3 hours later I noticed that one of the plates had fallen off and the next day another fell off. I notified the Honda dealer and learned that they had not felt that the pads were strong when they installed the item, but they decided to try. They have agreed to reinstall then items at no charge. The Honda dealer did a great job, but there is a MAJOR design flaw in this product. The three pads that stick to the inside of the plates are stuck very well, but the back side appears to be rubber cement glue, which does NOT hold at all. I went to numerous auto stores and learned that this was not what should have been used. I purchased a roll of 3-M tape; rolled the rubber cement off each pad and installed the 3-M tape, which appears to be a great fix. I have an appointment to return to the Honda dealer to have the items reinstalled so I should know soon if this works. I am shocked that with all the negative comments about the plates falling off that someone didn't figure out that spending a little more money in the design would have corrected the problem. I don't normally write reviews, but I was very upset about this product and have informed the staff at Wing Stuff that a redesign should be considered. Great idea, but poor design. |

My birthday gift from sons, total confort. Gives me a more of a lean back into my backrest sitting position, or upright if I adjust. The air support adjusts to your movement. Getting one for my youngest son's birthay for his VTX. |

This pan is well built, and spiffy. I am ready for a few gravel roads now, Alaska bound soon I hope! P.S. I was tempted to leave the protective white vinyl covering in place due to it matching up with my white Goldwing, but then I realized I would either have melting white goo as it heated up with the engine or an insurance claim to file. Bueno suerte! Roadwing. |
| I have bent my 1800 OEM shifter arm twice with these floorboards and shifter. It should be made the way it was on the 1500 with direct linkage. Never had a problem with those floorboards. Also like others said I can not remove the side covers. |
| These have a better sound quality then J&M. You just have to set up the proper settings on your Goldwing. Alot of people I know did not do this. After I gave them what I set them up for, they were very pleased. I think there well worth the money!!!! |
| I love it. Not to big for the front of the bike. I had one on my 1500 and now on my 1800. I even put one on my Girlfriends trike. The extra rubber liner holds the drinks I like great and easy to remove while driving. |
