| Was real easy to install on my 2012 wing. I live in Michigan and drove it to wingding 34 and the receiver part bent bad. I pulled the same trailer with my 2002 and never had any problem. would not buy another one |
| They looked great followed the instructions and they wouldn't stay on...fell off sitting on car port. Tried a different cleaner still fell off. Bad sticky design. |
| Finally made the decision to buy this VStream Special Edition shield. This year has been tough on me when it comes to riding. Had spinal cord surgery in Feb and surgery on 5 discs in my lower back in Mar. I have been taking short rides, but even then I would come back hurting, mostly because of the head buffeting I was getting with the stock shield. I installed the new VStream shield on Saturday. Install is very straight forward. The pictures do not fully illustrate the contours and curves built into this shield. It really pushes the air out at the top in a completly different manner than stock or other normal shields. Went for a ride yesterday and was super impressed with the reduction in buffeting around my head! Yesterday was my longest ride I have taken since my surgeries, about 265 miles. What a difference! I could not have done that with my stock shield. As for all the other things like rain zip coating, guess I will have to wait for the rain! They do include a small bottle of rain zip with the windshield so you don't need to purchase one up front. |
| This is by far the poorest tire I have ever used. I usually drive around 10-12 thousand miles a year. This means that I change my tires about once a year. Imagine my surprise when I walked up behind my bike and saw the cords about an inch wide all the way around my rear tire. And I only have 5,452 miles on this tire. I just competed a 1,000 trip to the southern Rocky Mnts. lots of curves and steep drop offs. I have used the E3 and the Bridgestone with about the same results. I wanted to try the Avon but the only tire the dealer had in stock was the E3 so I am back to that for another year. I highly recommend against this tire. It will not last. |
| Installed the 5 red led blue tint mouth mirrors on my wife's Wing around the first of the year. They stand out day or night and look great. I have wanted to add the same mirrors to my bike and a about a week ago I decided to order a pair for my Wing. When I started looking I found that Muth now offered a 7 led mirror. They tout the new 7 led mirror as being advanced or latest technology. I was thinking that if the 5 led mirror looked so great that the 7 led mirror would be even better! WRONG!!!! The 7 led's are much smaller and are almost invisible during daylight. The blue tint mirrors are great but I am very disappointed with the 7 led versus the 5 led mirrors. If you want the turn signal to be seen during daylight do yourself a big favor and stick with the older 5 led model! Hope this keeps others from making the same mistake I did! I would highly recommend that Muth discontinue the 7 led model immediately. I really wanted these for additional visibility and safety. They failed the test in my book!! |
| I chose to have these lights professionally installed by my favorite bike mechanic and they are proving to be a great investment. Anytime you can add extra lights for riding a bike at night is always a good thing, even on a Goldwing. Only one issue; the left side bulb burned out on the first ride but my mechanic replaced it without an additional charge. I actually bought this light kit from his shop, but buy many products from Wingstuff and can't say enough good stuff about the people that I have dealt with there. For the most part the products that I have bought there have been top notch as well. |
| Bought the bag for trip to the Smokies. Worked great for the light stuf such as rain gear. Easy to get in and out of. Rain cover is handy too. Would suggest shorter velcro straps. Cut them to length. Great item for the money. |

| The installation is pretty straight forward and only took me 15 minutes to install. The belly pan is is quality made and fits well once installed. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I feel this item is really only a peace of mind and/or "feel good" measure to protect the coolant reservoir plastic tank which Honda placed in a terrible location. I think all you really need to do is install a front fender extension to achieve pretty much the same protection. Now I have both, so I should be double protected. |

This is not just for the Monotubes as I had installed Progressive Monotubes, a Progressive Rear Spring as well as All Balls Bearings. I also had my actuator re-filled, bled and a new braided line installed. (Thank you John at JBJ in Santa Ana!) In writing about my impressions know that I have only had the OEM experience and have ridden no other Goldwings with an aftermarket suspension. After I picked up the bike I took it on several sets of railroad tracks (they were easy to find as JBJ is in an industrial area of Santa Ana) then on the freeway and finished on Santiago Canyon Highway, which has some gentle twisties. I am not a strong sport rider. I had the install done mainly for comfort versus some might for better handling. I can throw the bike around a bit but I will never come in at number one or two. Other bikes can pass me on the inside of a turn. Wow! Before whenever I hit a bump there was a jolt to the bike and my spine many times locking up the Anti-Dive Valve. And then all the next bumps where even harsher. Now the bumps are soft. In a sweeping turn the more I leaned into the turn I would find that my OEM forks (and rear shock if I was two up) would flex or go in and out (compress?). No more. My bike on a sweeping turn is now rock solid! Before if I was at high RPM’s and I let off of the throttle my forks would compress. No more. Before when I was in a turn and I hit a bump I was on high alert as my forks would compress in a very scary way. Today I hit several of these and it was if the bike did not even notice. Before I would evade all man-hole covers. I hated the jarring, like I was riding a HD hard tail. Again, now the bike just doesn’t seem to notice. The bike does sit taller, even with the tubes sticking up about ½ inch above the triple tree. With the Corbin seat I can still get both feet on the ground but not as surely as I did before. But this is a small price to pay for the increased handling coupled with the smoothness of the ride. Oh, and I had the Pre-Load set at “0†the entire ride. I weigh 230. |
| The blue really does a nice job, both daytime and nite... I did the 7 small leds vs the 5 larger. Install was 20 min total both sides... too easy... |
| Spoiler looks great and is a bonus to the bike. Pattern that came with it is way off. I had to redrill hole. Thank god the spoiler covered it.Worth every penny. Installed in 15 minutes and had the bike put back together and Iam no machanic!!Trust me on that. |
