Customer Service???
Just felt like I needed to revise my earlier review. Had a question about the cover which the guys at WingStuff couldn't answer. No problem, I'll email the company. Three emails later, with no response, my feelings are now: screw these Sknz clowns. I will be buying a new cover for my bike, but not from Sknz. I'll be buying the Geza Gear cover https://wingstuff.com/products/34005-sun-buster-half-bike-cover?context=geza_gear instead. For me, you can have a good product, but without good customer service you won't get my dollars. I'd have given Sknz 0 stars, but it's not an option. |

Incredible! Absolutely the best bike cover out there. Watch water bead up and roll right off. Tired of stuffing a wet cover back into its bag? Just shake the water off this cover, and it’s dry. Awesome. Easiest five stars I've given. |

I've had these on the bike about months now. I bought them because on an '01 with factory heated grips the only option to put a larger diameter grip on the bike is more than I want to pay. These little foam devils are very comfortable. I was amazed at how much they actually did increase the overall diameter of the grips. I did a 1000 mile trip shortly after installing the grips and they made for a much more comfortable ride. Much less fatigue for my hands. As far as working with the heated grips, yes they do. You will have to turn them up a bit higher to allow the heat to radiate through the Grip Puppies (of course) but they worked just fine in that regard. 3 stars? Yup. The install was a real bugger for me. Tried soaking them in hot water, tried the soap on the inside, tried forcing them, tried yelling at them, etc etc. Finally, I used two long, small diameter screw drivers, one on each side of the handle bar. I kept twisting the screw drivers around the handle bar while maintaining one on each side of the bars and the grip actually slid up and into place without too much difficulty. Just be careful not to cut the Puppy, or you'll be buying new ones. |

I had these installed by WingStuff and what a difference! The ride is much smoother and the vibration (although slight) that I felt through the right handlebar has all but disappeared. My front tire was (prior to the install) showing some uneven wear, but the more I ride, the more that seems to be correcting itself. I spoke to Geoff, the Centramatic rep, prior to the installation and was told these can help correct wear issues. The man knows his business. After putting about 800 miles on the bike Charlie (in service at WingStuff) even noticed the tire looks like it's correcting. As ekurtike mentioned, watch your speed. After leaving WingStuff and getting on the freeway I was frustrated that traffic was moving so slowly. I looked down and saw I was doing 85. Now that's smooth. I know of one person who put on new tires and the Centramatics and now has 13k on the tires. Yup. The rear too. Tires are still in good shape. If you're on the fence, jump off and get a set. Expensive? A bit. But these are without doubt one of the best investments I've made. Or, you can go over to the GWRRA tech board, ask the question, and listen to all the old codgers, who have never used them, tell you they don't work and how they've been riding since 19 diggity three and only use rocks and spit to balance they're tires. I'll take the Centramatics. |

I like these tires. I had always ridden on Dunlops on the old Wing and left them on the new Wing until the guys at WingStuff convinced me to try the "Stones". The first thing I noticed is that the sidewall is a lot more rigid than the Dunlops. Really woke me up on the first tight turn I made. Took a bit of getting used to, but it also seems to help me with slow speed stability. I've had them on the bike for almost a year now. They are quiet and comfortable and I'll be buying them again when they wear out. |

Mounted up in the radiator to illuminate the chrome grills. Love the look, but wish they were brighter. If it wasn't such a pain to work in that area of the bike I'd change them out with a brighter light. |

I've had these on the bike about 6 months now. They look and work great. I had Dave at WingStuff install them and he did a great job of getting the lights lined up evenly on both sides of the tire and wiring them in. I can see where most malfunctions would be wiring related considering where on the bike these lights are located. Take your time with the wiring, shrink wrap and secure. They'll look great. |
