Read my review of the 5 red led Muth mirror first. The 7 led model lack sufficient visibility. The 5 red led Muth mirror is awesome! Love the Muth mirror, and the 5 red led' s are much more visible both day and night! I made the mistake of ordering the 7 amber led model because and advertising copy said they we're new and improved. I was very disappointed. Lucky for me , Muth is a great company and once they learned of my disappointment offered to send me the 5 red led Muth mirror. The 5 red led model is awesome. |
| 11/29/2012, just got my bag, I am surprized at the room this thing has, like the wide velcro straps on the bottom. Can not wait to stuff it full and ride. |

Nice chrome, I've got my fingers crossed that it will hold up. As far as fit, it sucks!!!!! Take your time and don't get PO'ed when you find out that it doesn't install as easily as the OEM cover. I actually had to force the right top outside screw hole over about an 1/8' using a brake spoon as a wedge against the timing cover to get the screw started. Hope nothing splits during use. I dread the day when I will need to remove it to bleed the clutch. If you have fog lights be prepared to spend additional nerve racketing time removing the cut outs. For the price the cover should have fit like the original and I would have given 5 stars. Because it didn't, it pushed me to give as much as a 3. |
| Purchased for my 2012 wing and they slid right on in. Recommend for the price. |
| Installed on my 2012 wing. The install was easy and took 15 minutes. Took the advice of an earlier review and purchased the clear for my black wing and they look great. They work well and glad I purchased. |
| Installation was easy and took about 10 minutes. Glad I made the purchase, better safe than sorry. |
| FYI---IF you have the Rivco Air Horns, these will not fit! Otherwise they look like they would have been a great addition! Thanks again WS for the great customer service! |
| Installed them on our '12 wing, wow what a difference!! They really do deflect the wind away from me & my wife on the cooler days, but easily gives you more air on those hot, sweltering dog days of summer ! Definitely makes the ride much more enjoyable!! We highly recommend! |
| The wrench is a GREAT help & I highly recommend! |
| Definitely catches bits of metal, does the job! I recommend! |

Wonder why Show Chrome shows the MRSP as $10.95 and Wingstuff shows it as $12.95 and then actually charge $10.99 and make you think it's a deal :) The reason for the 4 stars is because the instructions tell you to put a 10 amp fuse in place of the 5 amp fuse. This is never a good idea as the wiring is often sized for the fuse. In addition, downstream fuses are always sized to blow before the upstream fuse. Increasing this to 10 amp could either cause the wiring to overheat(if you have a 10 amp load plugged in) or possibly cause the upstream fuse to blow first. In the 2006-2010 model, the schematic shows that there are no other loads on the accessory outlet fuse. So, don't upsize it. (I don't know about the earlier model wings.) |
| While these products are a good value, if you use the 90 degree rubber angle valve stems, these pressure sensors will move the valve stem in and out so many times it will eventually fail and leak. After having several of my valve stems leak in me, only while driving, I finally figured out that the pressure sensors were causing the valve stems to move in and out and wear out very fast. I replaced my valve stems with metal 90 degree ones in hopes of resolving this problem, but have not ridden enough miles yet to know for sure that the metal ones fixed the problems. So far so good. |
