For those times when cruise control is not practical, this is. Works great and looks good.
They are a pain to put on. But keep in mind that they need to fit tight. I would rather struggle a bit putting them on than having them slip on me. There is a significant reduction in heat transfer but my hands still stay warm. Like anything there is a trade off and not experiencing hand cramp is more important to me. I always wear gloves anyway. The look is great and for those with larger hands, the feel is awesome. Finally no hand cramp.
I wish all electrical products had a simple plug and play like this. I agree that finding the main plug is a slight chore but thats on Honda. Honda's wiring is an electrical nightmare. After finding the main plug its a no brainer from there. Great job on this harness. True plug and play, love it....
Super easy install and they work great. I ride all year in Colorado and these are a must. Keeps the wind down in the winter and with a slight turn, helps driver air flow in the summer.
I installed them on my 2012 Goldwing without any problems. They look great and fit well. To get a good fit, you need to turn them in a little before tightening them down. They reduce the amount of exhaust residue on the back of the bike as well as a bag on a cooler rack.
After 19,000 miles I can see where this has saved damage to the bike. I have not noticed any performance issues at all. It has not changed the cooling of the bike as some have mentioned. I cut a small rubber hose down the middle and placed it on the front piece of the pan. This gives it a tighter fit and takes away any rattle.
The lighted fender tip with the vertical lighted accents looks incredible. Install is a snap with the plug and play. Much brighter than the factory tail lights. The added brake lights are nice. This really dresses up the back of the bike. I found it to be somewhat slimming as well. : )

Much brighter than I thought it would be. Looks great and gives you that extra light, and most importantly, that turn signal up high. Very easy install.

First, I purchased the hand wings and to my surprise they worked as advertised. A few weeks later I purchased the New Generation Dual Wings and installed them today. I watched the installation video and had them on within 30 minutes including the start up and clean up times. I then took a 30 mile ride with temps around 55 degrees. My first test was to close all the wings and see how much air was still getting to the riders area. Actually, the only air I felt was coming from around the triple tree/fork area. I then open the lower wings to see if I could feel any warm air off the radiators. There seem to be a small amount passing through. At this point I open the upper wings and hand wings at the same time. Wow, I got an instant blast of 55 degree air in the cockpit. I closed the upper wings but still received about half the amount from the hand wings. So, I closed the hand wings and return to a very comfortable 55 degree, 30 mile ride. In summary, I found this product to be very easy to install and of superior quality. Additionally, I also found they performed just as well if not better than those I had on my previous gl1500's. |

Great product and I love the fact it's waterproof! Install was a breeze! |
This is the second Dunlop tire that broke a belt inside the tire on a sharp lean turn at slow speed. the result is the front of the bike wobbles and then the tire wears to the belts with in 100 miles. If you are not aware of this please BE AWARE!!! this results in lost of control and for me a crash in the middle of Texas and today the second Dunlop that I learned this from is on the back of my bike... thinking it is a well know problem with the goldwing -I rode the bike home some 200 miles fighting the handle bars - I totally rebuilt the front end of the Wing and it still wobbled - Then I found it -This REAR Tire was TRASHED rubber off in three places cords showing. -Ready to fly apart.
