pros & cons
| Like many, it's a must for the wife, and approved by the better half. Good quality build constructions, but when it comes to real quality, only time will tell. I do have an issue with having to swing the armrests out before going into the trunk. I think they could have designed them better for the newer models, so this would not be an issue (factory built in armrest/speakers hit armrest support bar when you open the trunk). Not sure if it is due to lack of quality, riding on laurels, or not enough of us have refused to purchase the arm-rest until they re-design... I considered having my Father-in-law cut the swing arm off and re-weld, but then would have to re-chrome! I would like kuryakyn to redesign the armrest and send me out the new set, but you know that is going to happen! Don't get me wrong - quality of the kuryakyn product line seems the tops... |
