Last post was 2/24/10. I got 18K+ out of that set. Re-booted and am around 10K on this set. Back tire is cooperating as expected. Shows center ware but no cupping or cracking. Traction is still awesome over E3s and others I've tried. Love the dynamic balancers. I keep the tires at 43lbs religiously. However, this front tire wants to drift to the left at all speeds and I cannot take both my hands off the bars at all. I was hoping that it was just a mold lip that would ware off. Also went back and re-setup the front axle thinking I may have snugged it out of true but no luck. Showing weird wear signs. I wonder if rubber compound changes from batch to batch? I'll replace the front and keep a close watch on it. FYI I replaced the fork brace with the "super brace" by WingStuff and that removed 90% of any front end wobble that the Wing is famous for. The 5th star will come back if the next front is as good as the 1st one.

Pretty. Ok - Two words: Pretty and Shiny! |
Not sure what some of the members are talking about when they say that this product didn't held up, I have had this cowl on my 2006 Gold Wing for over 4 year in New Mexico (freezing to HOT weather) and it still looks great.
I just bought this rack and it was missing the mounting bracket and the locking pins. Not a problem, called Tom at Cyclegiant.com and he asked me to take a picture of what was in the box and email him. Within 5 minutes of receiving the email, I got a call back from Tom. They had an extra rack in stock and within 2 hours Tom had packaged and shipped the missing parts. Great customer service at Cyclegiant and Wingstuff.
I purchased this hitch and actually had a break in Illinois weather so I took a half day off to install it. I reviewed several competitor products before deciding on this hitch mainly because of the ease of installation. Kuryakyn's hitch is extremely easy to install and the instructions are well documented and illustrated. There was only one item that I had to think about when installing the hitch is that the amp for the premium sound system prohibits you from installing the mounting bracket for the frame. You just need to remove the 4 mounting screws and the amp will drop down enough to slide the brackets on. Other than that, there is also a small clearance issue for the trunion bars mounting bolts. Overall this is an excellent product!
Really love the fit and feel of this shirt. Bought one for me and the wife and we love it.
They look great, along with the center piece, really sets off the rear of the wing. Careful when mounting, make sure that you line them up and once stuck they stay.
All I can say is awesome... easy install, word of caution, make sure everything is lined up where you want it because once you attach you cant remove
Got it installed in less than an hour. including cutting out the flanges for the lghts. Fits great and looks good. An exact replacement for the one I had damaged from a acident with a deer. Deer lost, I won.

Installed this Fall 2012. Installtion takes a little time but well worth the effort. Take the most time on the fender cut. Relax, it will look just fine. Pulled a trailer 1800mi for the first time! Got home pulled the tounge, put reflector in, can't tell there's a hitch on the bike! Great Product!! Recommend it to anyone! |
I actually installed these on my 05 in 2011, but didn't realize I had not reviewed them. After adding the frame covers, the side covers really complete the look and were very easy to install. Great product!
I installed this on my 2012 Goldwing with little issues. Instructions are pretty much worthless but if you are mechanically inclined you don’t need them. Make sure everything is lined up before you start tightening the bolts down. Take your time and make sure you are perfectly lined up when putting the bolt in the side frame. An extra pair of hands will help with this. I run with a cooler rack and luggage. No problems.
