Purchased this vest when it was on sale. The wife has no complaints. Size is correct and appears to be holding up well.
Great price great product! After 18000+ miles the wife nor I have had any negative issues.
Great product easy and simple design works as advertised. I love them.
all i can say is i just love it thanks for the idea.
Ordered the left hand side for some after market lighting, wired beneath the fairing pocket for easy access. Like the lighted switches to remind you to turn off. Would definitely recommend.

These lights look best and are most visible, HOWEVER, you need to do a few things additional before installation to make them last. The chrome has held up well too. If you use the same OEM screws to install these Kury's you will likely split the hard plastic mounting posts they screw into. I found a sharp pointed self tapping sheet metal screw of the same size to "tap" the screw threads before mounting them. The OEM screws are blunt nose and don't "cut" well but put too much force on the brittle plastic usually causing the posts to split. ALSO, you will find the lens of these lights will easily push into their housings upon the first wash and wax unless you reinforce the cheap silicone RTV used to hold them in place. I used the wife's glue gun around the entire perimeter of each lens before installing them the second time. I must ad that these lights have never shorted out or burned out and this may be due to the fact Kury covered each solder joint on every wire with some form of waterproof silicone RTV. This prevents any corrosion or shorting when you wash your rig. It's just that this RTV isn't strong enough to hold the lens in place if they are even gently pushed on from the outside. Glueing them in place BEFORE you install them will prevent you from having to remove and repair them in the very near future. Following these two suggestions will ensure a satisfactory install and enjoyment of your lighting investment for many years (maybe) to come. I know it doesn't seem right to have to "fix" a brand new product before installing them but these really are the best looking and most visible lighting accessory for your GoldwIng your money can buy. |
Installed on a 2012 trike,and was on a ride,met a semi in the wind,front panel bent down,thought I blew a front tire.Called,no warranty,front maintenance shield needs a fastner on front lip.
So far after 18000+ miles no major issues. The chrome on this piece could be better so I give it a four.
Good product works well but is a pain in the arse when its time to change your coolant.
Purchased a new set after 16,823 miles. I figured I would stay with stock.
Been running K&N in my Valk since 99 with no issues. After the 12,000 Wing service pains, I dropped in a K&N filter in my Wing. At least now I don't need to pull all that Tupperware every 12,000 miles.
Easy install. This is a front cowl for the 2006-2010s. I sport this in the summer months provides more air around the feet and legs than the 2012 front cowl.
